Hello all, I have been 50% service connected for two years not, back on Feb 2012 I was married, and submitted my application for Dependency back on Feb 21. June 25, 2012 my claim for Dependency on Ebennies was move to Preparation for Notification. Since then it has been stuck there going on over two months now. Currently I called twice to see what the hold up was, I was informed that I had to wait. I submitted my information such as Marriage Cert, Divorce Papers from Previous Marriage, Step Kids info, etc, etc. Now I'm wondering what is going on with it and why it hasn't been mailed out to me yet, and recieved my retro pay. Any answers on the Preparation for Notification Phase would be greatly appreciated.
