  1. That's my goal. I'm already on SS plus I still have to get a test for hearing loss plus I submitted a letter from my 2 counselors stating that I have a major depressive disorder. This has got to somehow get me to the top of the hill. Thanks Buck.
  2. I went to QTC services today for my spondylosis. I'm at 40% right now. The doctor told me after my exam that he gave me a 50%? Am I to understand that's what he suggests to the VA what I should be rated for??? Thanks.
  3. When I had my last increase for comp in 2008 they gave me an MRI just before my C&P exam. Things change after 10 years and have gotten worse. I would assume that they would know this as common sense to have an updated file to make an accurate decision. Thanks for the info.
  4. I applied last month! to re-evaluate my Spondylosis after 10 years for an increase in benefits. I was contacted by QTC for an exam next week? I haven't had an MRI on my back since 2007 and these guys are going examine me without an updated MRI? Am I wrong to assume that the VA is going to do that after the exam? Something really stinks here or I'm just not fully informed? Help?
  5. I'm going to relate it to my degenerative spondylosis which is service connected 40%. I'm also adding chronic pain syndrome to that, so all 3 should be related (in my book). Thanks.
  6. According to my counselors notes on Myhealthevet, I have a ICD-10 score of F33.0 Major Depressive Disorder. Is this proof for compensation or do I need more proof from other sources? I'm trying to put a claim together (again). Any type of info will help. Thanks.
  7. Thanks bunch's that really helps. Now I only have to wait 3 mos. to see the doc. Iv'e been trying to get 100% for 40 years, maybe this will put me over the top. Thanks again Vync.
  8. Don't know if I'm in the right section but I have a question about a possible secondary injury related to my degenerative spondylosis. Doing my physical therapy exercises (at home) I ripped my meniscus in my left knee. It's been 6 years now and it's really beginning to bother me. The doctor said before that if I have no pain, then I'm fine. (WTF). Any comments, or am I just reaching to far?
  9. Thank you. That cleared up some doubts I had. I'm always questioning this type of VA behavior.
  10. I went to see a therapist for depression for the 1st time last week. She asked me about (mental health advance directive?). What is that! I have to answer her about it today. Thanks.
  11. I've looked all over and can't find the address to send this to. Anyone know? Thanks.
  12. This happened in my home. I can't work anymore and receive SSD.
  13. I'm 60% compensated for degenerative facet joint disease and degenerative spondylosis of the lumbosacral junction. A month ago a heavy carpet fell on me and forced my back out of whack because I wasn't able to stop it because of my problem. Now I'm worse off and think it's permanent. Am I able to apply for increased compensation? Thanks, Bill.
