  1. I filed claims for all of these conditions at retirement. They just had them separated until 2015 when they combined Major Depressive Disorder and TBI.
  2. I did find a diagnosis in my records from active duty that I did not claim. I still have the condition. Can I still claim something 8 years after retirement?
  3. I do work and am not seeking TDIU. I thought that separating the depression (70%) and the TBI (40%) it would be closer to 100%. With my other disabilities I remained at 90%. It just changed from 93% to like 88%. If that makes sense?
  4. Here is the decision. The attach file button wasn't showing yesterday on my screen. I appreciate the help. Scan for HADIT.pdf
  5. Great information! Thank you for your help on this.
  6. I still work and don't have a claim pending right now. I am seeing my neurologist to have him complete a DBQ that states the frequency of my seizures to establish a rating for seizures. I have never requested TDIU. I am not that familiar with CRDP or CRSC. I'm retired with 20 years of service if that helps. I will upload the decision in question once I scan. Thank you for your help!
  7. I was diagnosed with CTS in both hands (sorry). Where can I find a CUE template? You recommend I submit a CUE for the mistake in 2010 and reopen or file for increase for the current exam that increases the Left?
  8. 2010 - Discharge 40% memory problems, status post head injury 30% Major depressive disorder with history of Insomnia 2011 added seizure disorder to memory problems, status post head injury. (remained at 40%) 2012 I had a diagnosis of seizures because they showed up on two sleep studies and one EEG. I did not have a "frequency" to report because they were nocturnal seizures. They added seizures 10% only because I was prescribed medication for seizures. 2015 had a C&P for possible PTSD. PTSD denied and they basically increased my Major Depressive Disorder to 70% but dropped off the memory problems, post status head injury. They explained that they combined them. What is your thoughts on me being able to challenge this now that it is years later? I really thought that my depression had increased to 70% and TBI remained at 40%. It reads that way on ebenefits and my 90% rating did not change.
  9. Berta, I actually had another exam from the same neurologist yesterday and it has gotten worse. My left is now Moderate and right is Moderate Carpal Tunnel. The original claim in 2010 was rated at 10% for each although the exam diagnosis at the time stated Left = Mild and Right (Major) = Moderate. I just noticed the error from 2010 and obviously can't appeal the decision. I can file a CUE, but now I have evidence to increase both. I just wouldn't be able to retro the right wrist mistake. Your thoughts? Respectfully, usniper07
  10. I was diagnosed in 2010 with Bilateral Carpal Tunnel 10% Right (Major) and 10% Left Minor. I just noticed that the Neurologist's report sent to the VA reads a diagnosis of Carpal Tunnel Right = Moderate and Left = Mild. The rating for that should be 30% (Right/Major) for moderate and 10% (Left/Minor) for mild. Is this a pretty clear CUE or do you think I may have problems changing the decision?
