THIS IS WHAT VA MANGER HAS DONE TO ME,WHAT CAN I DO My name is David i am a 100%disabled veteran in a electric wheelchair, i really need help from someone, now this is about the veteran affairs office and the VA clinic in the philippines, two different problems, I need a special van to pick up my electric wheel chair to go to my VA doctors and hospitals for all my disabilities, the VA clinic manager ,Mr. Charleston, has taken away my travel 5-6 times, in the last 2 years ,I would complain and they would give it back each time, now they took it away for good. Mr. Charleston has done everything in his power to make up reasons why he should not pay my travel and He also has done to me everything to try to take away my electric wheelchair. Mr. Charleston said he took it away because the VA did not give me my Electric Wheelchair, and he looked in all my medical records and cant find why I am disabled, and then he said I was speeding in my Electric Wheelchair, I ask him if I did that why he did not come to me when he saw me doing it ,and tell me to slow down, because it never happened, on another appointment I went to the VA clinic they told me they are stopping my travel ,so I went to Mr .Charleston why they are taking away my travel this time, he said because he is a taxpayer and he should not spent his tax dollars on my travel, I was so upset ,I was having chest pains, I went to tell my doctor and they put me in a back room and was checking my heart ,when Mr. Charleston came in my room and started talking about he will not pay my travel, I am already down in a hospital bed with a ekg machine hooked up on me having severe chest pains ,I have heart disease and had a heart attack 3 years before this and had heart operation, Mr. Charleston has no respect for the disabled, Mr. Charleston has read all of my VA records, he knows I have heart problems and he still doing all this bullshit to me ,I ask him man to man why are you doing all this to me ,he could not answer me ,now Mr. charleston VA clinic manager wants me to just take a taxi to my appointments, and I can use there wheelchair one I get there and he will get someone to push me, in a regular wheelchair, I told him ,he is putting my life in danger, what if we have accident or I need to stop to go to the bathroom ,anything can happen along the way, I have no wheelchair to get to safety, he said that is my problem, now he has taking away my rights as a human being, I cant take much more of this Mr. Charleston is doing everything in his power to take away my electric wheelchair, I don’t know why, I am the only veteran at the VA with a electric wheelchair, I am the only one that needs special travel, I have to pay my own travel now, it cost me about 40 us dollars every time I go to the VA doctors, no veteran here has to pay that, only me ,because I need a special van ,Mr. Charleston has spent so much time finding was for me not to use my Electric wheelchair, the VA gave me the electric wheel chair, because I must have it , it’s my life, I cant use my arms, so I cant push my self in a regular wheelchair, I just had a operation on my shoulder, the VA will only pay for a very small room at the hospital, I told them ,the room is to small ,I can not use my electric wheel chair in the small room , Lucy Echaluse the patient representative at the VA clinic told me don’t use my electric chair, find someone to push me in a regular wheelchair ,so they don’t have to pay for a bigger room ,so I can get around in my electric wheelchair, so I had to get a bigger room I paid $160.00 us dollars for bigger room, so I could use my electric wheelchair. Mr Charleston VA clinic manager sent me a letter to go the doctor to see if I need to be in a electric wheel chair, and told me again the VA did not give me my electric chair, so he wants me to go to the doctor ,so he don’t have to pay my travel, after I saw the doctor, I called him ,I ask him what did the doctor say, he said it don’t matter what the doctor said ,he will not pay my travel, I ask him then why did you send me to the doctor, you know you were not going to pay my travel, it cost me 40 dollars to get there ,,I told him to stop his bullshit, he knows I am disabled ,he is playing games with me, they sent a van for me to use ,the van arrived to my house ,the van had one driver in it ,no special equipment to pick up my electric chair, the driver had to go find 4 men to pick up my electric wheel chair, and put in the back of the van ,we arrived at the hospital where I was to see my doctor, the drive got 4 men to get my chair out of the back of the van, 5 times we did this that day ,what a nightmare, we arrive home the man runs down the street looking for people to help him take the electric wheelchair out of the van ,it took him a long time to come back to the van ,I had to use the bath room so bad ,it was to late I pissed in my pants, I called cookie torrejos , at the VA clinic ,she is the one that sent the van to my house, I told her what happened, she said sorry ,I told her why are you sending me a van that can not pick up my electric ,she said she will call the company and have they bring 4 x men to ride with us ,so they can take the chair out ,I told here don’t be stupid, I told her why cant they pay the x 13 dollars and let me use the van ,I have been using the last 2 years, they don’t want to pay that much, something is very wrong with the managers ,I have proof of this, Mr. Charleston will do what ever he can to get back at me ,I guess because I complain about him, also I was confined to my bed for almost 3 months because of my lower back, I could not move, I got bed sores and they got infected, I call Mr. Charleston at veteran affairs to help me ,get to the hospital, not only for the infections but my lower back ,I was in severe pain, I called the VA manager, Mr charleston ,and he refused to help me, I had to call a private doctor to come to my house ,to help me , part 2 of this complaint the veterans affairs sent a investigator to my house ,he talked to me and my wife for a few minutes and he said is going to go talk to the people that live around us ,and ask them what do they see me doing around my house, the investigators name is Salvador D. Valencia the investigator returned back to my house 2 weeks later, to take a picture of me sitting in my electric wheel chair and hold up a sign with my name on it, like what the police do when you are arrested, i not sure why they did this, about 3 months later I receive a letter from the veteran affairs that my claim I had in with then was denied for my auto allowance, because Mr. Salvador V. Valencia, said the witness around my house told him I was seen riding a motor bike, walking , jogging, went to a store to go by cigarets, and I walked there ,the investigator made it all up, none of it is true what he wrote in his report, Mr. Salvador D. Valencia falsified U.S. Federal Documents, against me ,I called the manager of veteran affairs, Mr. Carlos V. Pebenito, he agreed to come to my house, get several pictures of American men, to show to the witness. I told Mr. Pebenito I had a few friends that came to my house and rode my wife’s motorbike , the people that live around me ,don’t see me because ,I stay in bed most of my life because of my disabilities, we found out that the witness ,the people that live around my house only knows a foreigner lives at my house,,they never see me ,Mr. Pebenito came to my house with Mr. Ben Z. Labial, and falsified there reports against me, while Mr. Pebenito and Ben Labial, where in and around the inside of my house ,I had two of my friends up stairs, and we had 3 hidden video camera, that recorded every thing that took place at my house, it clearly shows that Mr. Pebenito and Ben Labial are big liers, also my friends video taped every house they went to in the neighborhood, and how long they stayed at each house, they did this from the upstairs window also they went to go talk to the security officers at the main gate ,the security officer told us that Mr. Pebenito and Mr.Ben Labial was talking to them about our sexual life because Mrs. Dickerson is pregnant they was discussing with the security officers if my legs don’t work and how can Mr. Dickerson can make sex to his wife and make her pregnant. While Mr. Pebenito and Ben Labial where discussing our sexual activities they are laughing who gets on top. They also showed a picture of Mrs. Dickerson pregnant to the security officers that they took while they are inside our house. without my permission they took the picture. I receive the letter from Mr. Pebenito on April 27 “supplemental statement of the case” about my claim, I called Mr. Pebenito on the telephone to talk to him why he falsified his investigators report and also he has no right to discuss my sexual activity to the security officers Mr. Pebenito said that the security are xxxxxxx liars, Mr. Pebnito continue using f u and he said the witnesses said that im a xxxxxxx fake, and I also return the f u word to Mr. Pebenito. Also Pebenito threat my life at that point I hang up the phone the next day we went to US Embassy to talk to Mrs. Tracey Betts she said she will look into this matter. At this time we have also hired private investigation firm to do an investigation what the five witnesses told Mr. Pebenito , Ben Labial, Salvador D. Valencia.,, tracy betts hired a investigation and what the people says to the investigators the VA really lied about the investigation, we know that ,now mrs betts will not give me a copy of the investigation ,it shows the 2 VA investigators lied and mr pebinto the VA claims manager also lied about the whole investigation, if they did this to me thousands of veterans claims could be false too, mr skelly and tracy bettes VA head managers of veteran affairs ,did a cover up on all the crimes that were committed ,now they are part of the crime ,I am writing you to see what you are going to do about all of this, or we are going to federal court, I have so much evidence to put these people in jail, I hope you get back to me ,on what you want to do, I am going to file attempted murder chargers against Mr. Charleston. Mr Charleston has been advice several times to stop harassing me and my family because its killing me emotionally, physically, and caused my heart to be enlarge now. Cannot used my right arm because of him, because I cannot go to my therapy after my shoulder surgery. This man is terrorized me and my family, with all his lies. My claims are all denied because of the investigation conducted at my home. I hope that you work with me with this matter before we go to the federal court. If all this people denying all what I said to you, so let’s all have parties take lie detector test, so you can see all im telling you is true....... At this time I can no longer use the VA, because charleston had the doctor falsify medical information. And am scared to death what he might do next.... As God is my witness im going to the US attorney general, hire attorneys and take this matter to the federal grand jury....and there is much more to all of this all of these people will lie to you because one the truth will come out ,thay all will be in a lot of trouble,i sent tracy betts a letter ,I wanted a copy of the 3 party invesagation,she would not give it to me ,you know whay because thay all will be caught ,mr. Charleston wast told to stop what he was doing to me , and he wont stop his crap,i told him it is killing me ,so if it did not stop,that means it is tring to kill me,i am going to get ahold of the us attorneys office to see if I can have crimanal charges against mr charleston va clinc manger,you are in charge of all these people ,what are you going to do,alot of crimes has been comminetd by va mangers,how for do I have to take this matter...my familey and I are in hideing because cause of the theart by va manger,we need help now Sincerely, David
