    I will explain this one last time. They don't owe you for March. Your award effective date was 20150220. Payment starts on 20150301 meaning you start earning that payment but it doesn't actually get paid until 20150401. And that's how it works. When you receive a payment on the 1st, it's for the previous month. VA doesn't pay benefits in advance.

    I believe the DVA stopped requiring those forms either last year or the year before.

    With TDIU you have a lower rating but your VA disabilities are severe enough that you can't work, so they pay you at the 100% rate. With 100% schedular you meet the requirements of 100% rating.
