I have service connected for hallux valgus (Bunion) on both feet for 10% each. The bump on my left toe (bunion) is getting bigger and I may a surgery for it. if I do, will I lose my disability for my left toe?

yes, i checked the letter generator in ebenefits and there is nothing showing. also i called the 800# last july 27 and i was told that they are going to send an inquiry through IRIS to the case manager and still no response.

yes, i've been checking everyday and there is no luck. i called the 800# and i was told that it will be a while. i wonder how long is that " a while". By the way, i forgot to mention that i filed two claims at the same time, one is for severe sleep apnea and one for gouty arthritis on my left foot. I was already rated 20% ( 10% each foot for hallux valgus with bunnions). i just wonder if there a nexus between hallux valgus with bunnions and gouty arthritis.

my va claim was closed on june 1, 2011 and went to authorization review but never got any letter or notification, what is going on?
