  1. My UC is rated at 10% with Anxiety/Depression as secondary to the UC. I just put it to get an increase for UC and Anxiety/Depression, I was originally rated at discharge from the Army @ 10% even though this was the primary condition used for discharge and my medical records stated unresponsive to treatment. Im lost on how the VA determines these things.
  2. Just curious is it me or does there seem to be alot of cases of IBS,Chron's and Uc coming back from Iraq. I was diagnosed in Kuwait and since I got back there seems to be alot of people that were there with these diseases. Possible it was something over there or just to me the feeling of a large number of people. Any thoughts
  3. I went in yesterday for my C&P in Gainesville for mental health. Had Dr.Davis, seems he asked alot of questions that didnt pertain. The one that stands out the most was at the end about my finances and how I was doing. But all in all I quess it went well.
  4. I had a VSO file my claim. All was refiled plus PTSD, which I am diagnosed with by VA Doctors. But I am also diagnosed and service connected for Anxiety/Depression 30%. I have been reading to where you can only recieve 1 rating in this catagory. Am I screwing up by going to this C&P. Or should it be corrected by the VA. I was hopsitalized at the beginging of the year for Anxiety, depression,PTSD and Alcohol. If it wasnt relivant would they have scheduled the exam? Do I need to tell the Dr it should be for an increase on my existing SC or just let it run it's course? Will it hurt me to let it run its course? Any help will be appreciated
