Carlie, I read through the award letter and there was no there was no mention of IU in it, but as u see from my OP the IU is with the DRO which i have and lawyer for. Plus i have Fibro that i had an C&P for which look favarable for me that is up at the DRO. should i talk to the lawyer about this an would they agree to this it has been about three years i like your idea about talking to dro but i can not the lawyer can only speak to him :(

In 21 sept 12 i put in for an increase. I was 30% PTSD now I am 70% PTSD for a total combined 80%= 70%PTSD, 30% IBS, and 10% for lower back strain. Now i have 14 contension i thought at the DRO called peggy (1-800) number and i ask what at my issues with the DRO are and she said this: 1 TDIU 2 Motion Loss skeletal x 2 3 Hypertensive Vascular disease 4 CFS 5 Sleep Apnea ( they put this in. I had put in sleep disbubace) 6 Leg limitation 7 Arthritis 8 Migraine 9 TB- Plum, chronic , inactive 10 Degenritive arthritis of the spine 11 Other sense organ diabability My wife said they scrub the claim can anybody see if this is a good thing? thanks

yes i served i have IBS 30 I have Fibro, CFS,headaches,and so on at the DRO right now its been 2 yrs already and still waiting.

I was SC for 30% went to see my Phys 2 months ago and he said i was getting worse so i put in for and Increase so here are the results from the C&P. Axis I: PTSD, Depressive disorder NOS Axis II: none Axis III: Chronic Back Pain, IBS, h/o Lyme Disease, sleep apnea-reports he cannot tolerate CPAP so this is presently untreated, GERD, hypertension, chronic kidney disease, Fibromyalgia. Axis IV: Psychosocial and Environmental Problems (discribe if any): chronic medical and psychiatric illness Axis V: Gaf score: 45-50 Dose the Veteran have more than one mental disorder DX? YES if yes complete the following is it possible to differentiate the systems NO Given reported increase in both PTSD and Depressive systems since last examination(previously DX as adjustment disorder), multiple stressors impacting both conditions, overlapping systems of each condition and each agravating the other i cannot fully seperate these conditions. No TBI. 4 Occupational and Social Imparment This was check: Occupational and social impairment with deficiencies in most areas, such as work,school,family relations,judgement,thinking and/or mood PTSD Diagnostic Criteria ( theses will be shorten some what) Criterion A: ( 2 where check) the Vet experience, witness or was confronted with an event The Veteran response involved intense fear, helplessness or horror. Crit B (5 where check) Recurrent and distressing recollection of the event, including images, thoughts or perceptions. Recurrent distressing dreams of the event. The completion dat is the biggest joke i seen. Like my depency claim i have showed completion date of 07/10/2012 when the time was comming up it went to 08/18/2012 i just laugh.

I just came from the pain clinic had meeting with the staff and had them tell me they can not help me. Why becouse i was in too much pain. I have Fibro and i faled all of the nerve meds you can find even injections and physacle theripy. My primary doc. at the va is going to call and talk to them hopes it work.

WOW, I got TB while i was in service. they found a nodule in my left lung gave me INH for 6 month went back 3 months later done X-ray and the miltary doc saw nothing. took me of the meds. Filed claim they denined me say i did not have it in service showed them evidence still denied now at DRO hope they get it right. and this worries me i am still popping the PPD still have the nodual in left lung and have 3 x-ray to prove it. and you got 30% i am happy for you.

Berta i am going to drop acid reflux or gerd, i am gomg with hemmrohiods plus i am not a POW i am a PGWVet; I read on one post about how the VA will speed up claims at 16 RO mine is one of them Milwakee WI RO i printed out the forms and i will be seeing my PVT doc for my Hemmrohids . I will give time lime best to my knowledge.

My RO is Milwaukee WI. I wil let you know of the speed of the claims. I printed out on of the forms and we will see how fast this is.

Okay i am going to file for hemrrohids and acid reflux secondary to IBS. Here is some info. I am SC for IBS at 30%. Her is the question when my pvt doc gave me a colonoscpy and upper endoscopy he found iner hemrrohids and scaring in my esophagus from my reflux i take omeprazolel for this. Can i claim this as secondary and can i go to the EFD which is april 27 2010. The thing that get me is that they saw the report of the colon and upper endo and did not ajudicate it . any reply and help is needed thanks.

Good for you. Where you in the gulf war. I hope you get the ibs. I am rated 30% for it the highest rate you can get. Sill waiting on my fibromyalgia that is at the DRO (waiting for the SOC )
