hello--so I filed a claim, they denied, I appealed it, about a year into the appeal-they gave me a C&P exam back in oct 2011, I still have no decision. status says with a DRO. Can I get a copy of the C&P exam? What do I ask for? Who do I ask? thanks...

I have alot of twitching at night when I am trying to fall asleep-it is very annoying--I thought it was just me...hmm, did not know it was even called anything.

My C&P exam is next week. I also can become extremely angry and hope I keep my cool. Are you on meds for your anger?

So my exam is next week. I filed in 2008-appealed and finally have an exam next week. For the past year, I am seeing a MH doctor via tele-video, she is nice, but Korean-so I dont always think she understands what I say. I repeat alot of what I say and she always looks puzzeled. So Between talking into a TV screen and talking to a korean doctor- I do not always feel comfortable.Should I bring this up during my exam.Been seeing the VA for 4 years, been on meds for 4 years- have not gotten any comp yet. Should I bring this up during my exam??

Hello--- After 4 years, I just now got the letter telling me to call and schedule a C&P exam.Is this a good sign? I filed a PTSD claim in 2007. Have been seeing VA mental health since 2009, on meds since 2009. I am feelling like this is a good sign.
