hey fellow vets .. got the envelope today and i was approved for 30% ULCERATIVE COLITIS ..secondary to my ptsd ... anyway .. i have a question .. if i was already at 40% (30 ptsd 10% tinitius ) am i at 70 % now .. ? maybe not .. let me know your imput .. thanks to all for your support

hello folks .. does anyone here deal with the AMC in CLEVLAND , OHIO ? just was wondering .. that is where my appeals claim was sent .. i did an inquiry with iris and they did respond .. but not a lot of info ...do the ppl that answer thses inquiries ..REALLY have contact with the amc .. or its just another pony show .. now i know im new here and cant even come close to some of these folks frustration of the whole waiting game .. but it just gets me annoyed that they cant be more informative.. anyway .. any input would be greatly appreciated .. and thanks to all who serve and has served .. god bless you all ... and have a wonderful THANKSGIVING !

hello folks .. i know less than nothing about all this appeals stuff.. and from what i can see .. im in for a very long wait...my appeal was sent to AMC in clevland in aug of this yr .. so i thought i would call my senators office to ask if they could do a follow up .. well i know they can only call or put in inquiry..(right?) well anyway i spoke to the director of the office and he said just because your claim is ready for decision . doesnt mean it will happen soon .. he said if i was lucky maybe they will get to it int he next 8 or 9 months .. well needless to say ... didnt make my day .. so i was wondering .. what if you just drove up there and wanted to get info .. would they just turn you away or no? i dont live all that far from there but still some folks here have been doing this and may know things i dont .. so your imput would be greatly appreciated....

hello i am also service connected for ptsd .. right now im trying to get ibs secondary to the ptsd .. the doc who did the interview wrote in his opinion that that ptsd caused the ibs .. so i guess thats good .. but i know they ill just take it into consideration ...
