Hello all, I just heard of this website and I must say it is full of info and I thank everyone for that. I'm currently receiving 70percent for ptsd. I initally received a rating of 30 till I requested another exam. The new doctor was much more ccaring than my initial one (he was texting on his blackberry most of the time). I received a letter outta nowhere in sept 2011 stating since I'm at 70 I can request 100. I initially didn't want to fight the va again bc of the frustrating process. That was until recently when I could no longer goto school bc of the thoughts that the professor n students were against me somehow. I don't want to list everything that's going on in my head on here like some people bc I don't like bringing up my experiences unless I have to. Needless to say I dropped out of school and can't work. I stay in my room all day with my mind going a million miles a minute. I don't sleep (yes I have meds for that but I don't wanna b a walking Zombie). Last night I woke up in the middle of the night to answer natures call and next thing I know I passed out in my kitchen on my way to my room. I woke up several minutes later w my dog hovering over me. To say the least I was petrified. I went to the va hospt n was found to have extremely high blood pressure. I know this is from my ptsd n being stressed from just dropping out of college. My question is I sent all the info for a board review on oct7 2011 for 100%. I haven't received a letter stating they received it although I did send it certified so I have proof someone at the office received it just in case. I was wondering will I have to go to another c & p since this will be my 3rd n everytime I have to tell the stories of horror I was involved w during my two tours as a infantry grunt. Or will they realize I am totally disabled especially after my last c n p exam stated I was pretty much messed up without another exam? Thank you everyone in advance My email is newyorkny27@gmail.com
