If you are schedular, but gainfully employed, IU will not be inferred.

If you are service connected the manual says you get a gen med exam, plus any specialty exams like audio, mental, dental, if those are also s/c.

Chicago is my servicing office. So far it has been a frustrating experience. Luckily my ratings were brokered to get done.
