Thank you guys my daughter started college 3 yrs ago they never dropped her when she started to receive her chapter 35 bennifits I owe the back pay Just cannot get the amount ?

Got my big yellow packet the V A let me know of a overpayment and they declined my adapted housing They didn't give me the figure of what I owe I do know they are right my daughter is in college and drawing chapter 35 for 3 yrs they paid me as her being a dependent over 18 and home I called the 1-800 number they couldn't help what should I do.

I just won my TBI appeal my C&P exams were hell MRI , CAT scan EEG Xrays Mental exam Nuro exam eye exam then a complete physical 3 wks of them to be exact my appeal was put in ar 2011 the claim 2009 all the fighting and waiting was worth it so keep fighting T rating is the same as R2

Buck they gave me a power chair years ago they denied my adapted housing grant my power chair is way to wide to get from room to room I have 70% loss of right lower body 60% left lower 60% loss of right and left upper body severe loss of balance due to TBI injury 100% seizure TBI 50% TBI headaches and 80% depression due to TBI these are new ratings except the seizures they just changed it to TBI I still have over 400% other ratings Thanks for your input -
Got my packet yesterday as I stated I am rated at the T rating =R2 they denied my adapted housing The V A gave me a power chair and a lift for my house I can only use the chair in the living room my doors are to narrow also I need my handicapped bathroom can I agree with the T rating and disagree with the housing this is my appeal not a claim it said if I disagree it will go to BVA. I am happy and not greedy I don't want to leave my house it needs to be upgraded Thank You for any input

Thanks to all my T B I claim and appeal went through 9 yrs back pay at R2 wow I am still in shock.

I have had 4 exams the 5th and last I hope on March 8th I filed my TBI 7 YRS ago they moved it with my house bound appeal these exams are very long and hard One exam was over 4 hrs and 6 body parts were involved -
Berta this is Lenkl I finally have had 5 C&P exams for my TBI rateing my last one I hope will be March 8th for my eyes my claim is over 7 YRS old my appeal is 5YRS old I told you years ago I would let you know how things went V A had me so upset I just decided I would never get help from them If you remember I had a appeal for a higher SMC rateing I had a TBI injury so you recommended that I put in for the TBI to be rated for SMC it went all the way to the development stage then it was removed from e bennifits I called the 1 800 number they informed me that it was put with my appeal no action at all until the 1st of Feb been going through C&P exams one after the other I guess they will drag this out also. Will let you know the outcome Len

Not sure if I can be helped my appeal is over 7yrs old I was sent to a C&P exam Feb.6 I am housebound L1 P I put in for a higher rating I filled out the form 9 ^ yrs ago how long now I hope not 7 more years. I am 100% PT
