Hey apparently they will be on the phone tomorrow one last day I will call and double check for ya and verify if they don't answer it hangs up 17 minutes and also I suggest calling after 10 I know last week they had the phones off until then one day I don't listen to that recording the phones are always off until at least 930

I try telling people they don't answer it hangs up after 17 minutes and then hangs up just keep calling you'll get someone

also Jfrei stands for my first intial frei my last name. one other thing to also check while your waiting to call is just making sure it was a decision that was sent by checking your historical claims to see if its listed in there. The office of case management will get your answers please post them so I know they helped like I now they will if my suggestion is call around 945- 1045. They say open at 8 but the phones aren't on until 930 sometimes and if your on hold for 17 minutes it will hang up call again eventually you will get someone it once took me 3 times. Yes that's what I'm referring to also go to your letters in ebenefits and print what you are currently receiving in disability sometimes that is updated first as well make sure to call this number tomorrow  (202) 530-9470 they can give you an update better they are shutting number down on 9/11
