  1. Well not sure if it was granted yet does it show the actual increase on your list or just that it was filed for an increase for IU which will be listed under the disability tab on ebennies as My benefits if it was awarded.
  2. It’s depends on helpful You are getting them the evidence in some cases others the amount of work needed not plausible and they send it the regular route anywho. But even if they send it the old way send in records and evidence through ebenefits or vets.gov whatever you have so it becomes a record on your online medical record.
  3. Sign up for a Vets.gov account it will explain in more detail or at least it should then if send iris message.
  4. I hope you’ve had your c and p by now that’s usually what deferred means pending exam. Unemployable is listed under disability tab My benefits..
  5. The hail marry if you walk into your RO and ask them for a print out of your recently decided appeal they will tell you if it’s there or if you have to what ten days for your mail because it was mailed out or if it’s been 30 days your appeal will be on the BVA.VA.gov recent decisions tab Look in 2014 to see the appeal and check 2018 for the decisions
  6. It’s a guessing game once you have been granted the advance. I was granted in December. Appeal remanded they entered advance not until mid January and there it has sat at the AMC with an advance. So could be quick or slow sorry no sure answer
  7. Depends on factors like was their a hardship or not, I think i would go to your VA hospital and they have an eligibility department you can hand in the decision and they can update it in the computers on the spot in the hospital and walk into the RO is probably the same way... as far as the payment you can log on and check out payment history it’s kinda whenever the payment department processes your award they have to pay attorney fees first but once he or she gets theirs then comes your shortly after...
  8. i had typed up my story about my lost appeal at the AMC after 5 months with a hardship flagged on my appeal but it’s ongoing. So story much like yours had me frustrated I called the 827 number they tell me that can’t tell me nothing once it’s been certified to the board, Bva we can’t tell you anything it’s remanded back to the RO. Wrong the AMC is not the RO in Delaware. So I drove to the RO in De luckily I live ten minutes away how unfortunate for them I’m an xxxxxxx except to the guy behind the bulletproof glass he has pulled me outside calmed me down, given me advice, even introduced me to the officer in charge who realized they made an error two days later P and T. Sorry I was just proving some VA employees aren’t all bad the point of the story after all that gibberish at one in the morning is he leans into the window says to me you called the WH hotline, the BVA, and the other phone numbers what you need is a congressional inquiry call your congressman he or she will find and get your appeal moving . You have to write them a letter or as in my case I found there email address using google explain your issues and I’m not sure your area but most respond back to veterans...
  9. Not going to see Delaware on this list Not mandated by the state but I know first hand it’s county level where you’ll find out the regulations I just had New Castle county DE change their residency exemption requirement from 3 years to 0 if you’ve served disabled then it’s given it’s not total exemption it’s 32000 off assessment of your home, same goes in Kent county, the one and only bummer is SUssex that has the worst benefits as far as exemptions my guess is that it’s cuz it’s down by the beach and not around the base of Dover. Every dollar counts you got to see the big picture say it’s 36 bucks off your mortgage a month but the life of a 30 year mortgage that’s almost 13k back in the bank....
  10. What are you going for exactly increases, IU, and or Scheduler?
  11. It’s funny civilian doctors get confused with the two programs making it a billing nightmare. It’s so confusing to people who their billing when you tell them ChampVA they still try tricare I hate the billing departments in hospitals...

  13. My family qualified for champ va when I was granted Permanent and total I’m in my 30s so I’m positive age wasn’t a requirement... and it’s for dependants not veterans i thought..
  14. As do I he went from the best doctor with the Democrats and Obama now labeled as a threat to our life’s as vets because he helped out trump. Oooo bullocks...
  15. This would be a total of 90% for the Va, I may be wrong I forget the bilateral disability equation for the two lower extremies as for the backpay it will be paid and backdated to the claim date it was filed.
  16. So my place in line says I’m 114,754 out of 211657 appeals but that doesn’t include the ones with an advance on the docket. I’ve had an advance on the docket since January I’ve been trying to figure out why I have a number then? I’m in remand status but the people say nothing has been requested and I’m awaiting a decision with the AMC since February
  17. Well guess I need to stay alive for at least another 7 years, hard to say how a TBI can cause a death 5-9 years later I don’t want to want to find out ill just keep dragging my ass down the street to the VA for my treatment...
  18. How are Veterans allowed more than one 10k life insurance I know I still have to fight the premium bill of 16.30 monthly since I’m P and T? Unless that’s correct but other then barely footing a. Bill of the funeral how is it some get 3 10k polices?
  19. Ok so apparently I was approved and am getting the 10k life insurance for 16.30 a month. I’m not sure but do I fight the premium being P and T for my TBI and is there any other insurance I can get from the VA to get the 30k? Not sure how you get the 3 10k insurance...
  20. Thank you I’ve been involved in my Va hospital Poly Trauma program I go three times a month for treatment... best wishes
  21. Where are people finding our place in line for the appeals? My vets.gov still doesn’t work don’t wanna highjack I’m just perplexed on how everyone is seeing there number somewhere like the tooth fairy left it under their pillow..:
  22. If you just move to this New Castle county in Delaware there is no longer a three year wait period for your disability tax exemption application anymore if your 100% P and T.
  23. https://www.va.gov/ogc/precedentopinions.asp That being said they have cases that are considered Precedent Opinions... worth a gander if it applies to your case I know I used one in my DRO review... A VA General Counsel precedent opinion is considered an administrative issue for effective date purposes as indicated in VAOPGCPREC 88-90, 38 U.S.C. 5110(g), and 38 CFR 3.114. • Generally, rules announced in precedent judicial decisions apply to all cases that are still open on direct review when the new rule is announced. Unless they state otherwise, statutes and regula
  24. I made sure I did which is why the judge I’m sure put most likely permanent and review every 7 years after first payment which was this month...
