  1. Still unclear about this it says 100% P and T backdated when I was awarded IU... I'm just a little confused how they do their decisions they first denied my P and T filed an appeal 4 weeks later they changed their mind. Had I not appealed they would have screwed me... Va is so inconsistent
  2. How are you 80 for your TBI? 70% or 100% is possible unless your adding your secondary disabilties with it. Are you considered Permanent and Total for your TBI?
  3. They granted me IU that same day they granted my Permanent and Total I was 90 for six years but finally gave up trying after 8 jobs from 2014 to 2016 my last one had put me on medical hold. Due to my TBI and then let go that November they granted me IU and the. Five months later I appealed the for P and T and then they back dated it to when they granted me IU. I just wanted to know why my medical record still shows 90 if my award letter says 100 p and t
  4. Ok it's lists the sTBI as. 70 with alll the secondaries at 90 which is what confused the lady on the phone since the award says 100%. My new claim apparently they changed the TBI/PTSD to include and other mental disorders to cover every other mental issue that pops up.But I also have 6 other disabilities not related to my TBI
  5. The letter generator says 90 but Paid 100% Permanent and total with no more examinations . Yet I was just at an increase for my TBI and PTSD with the adjustment disorder I'll be receiving that letter in a week or s.. the date of the back date of P and T was the date they granted me IU
  6. Confused because I was only 90 %. But the RO granted me 100% P an T after being 90% for 7 years and conditions not improving. How did this happen?
  7. This is a copy of my reward letter she said over the phone I'm 90% P and T with IU giving me 100%. I said I'm confused why why would the letter say I'm 100% Pemanent and total if your telling me I'm only 90 the letter is dated June 8th from my RO. She said that letter makes IU moot and it hasn't been updated on Ebenefits. Not sure if I believe here? Can I get what the meaning of this letter is I just wanted to ask if this makes me PT scheduler 100% she was confused when she read the letter because in her system she said it says only 90% is P and T... now I'm confusioned with moot ness especially since I have an active appeal and a claim the claim was decided I'm waiting on the notification for my rating for chronic adjustment disorder lumped in with my sTBI and ptsd. I'm just hoping they saw the bva granted me 100 for my ptsd TBI before they made this decision.
  8. Looks just like three of my rooms and when guests come I just throw it all in the closet
  9. This is how the RO decided it was ok to change my claim not happening I found the Doctors trauma notes... I'm only sending about 15 pages of the notes they didn't even know where the fracture was but I do now....
  10. You've already been paid for the 90% then no Va math 90 plus 10 equals 91.. means your still paid for just 90%
  11. They can keep denying all they want this is just one of thirty discussing my injuries from the TBI and the other page shows if their was damage to the clivus which causes injuries to your VBi what it can cause. I don't understand how the RO can deny what's their in black and white the BVA already said grant my sTBI and any and all other related injuries such BS. Now you all can see I had a few issues that persisted after my TBI although I was able to make it back to active duty I basically had a inspector to make sure I didn't leave stuff on aircraft and this also continued even when they decided why not deploy in to Afghanistan so again off in the heat I went. I was told had I forgetten my keys in his office one more time he would not have cleared me to deploy. Apparently that's all it takes to clear medically. Don't get me wrong I loved serving my country overseas and wouldn't trade the experience I had just wish it didn't have a single consequence..the only thing I look forward is a day I awake with out a headache but that happens roughly twice a month. I
  12. I now got a letter from the BVA asking me if I have anymore info for my appeal and now I'm writing a letter stating where the actual problem is and attaching 30 pages of diagnoses from my hospital stay saying I suffered a skull fracture at my clivus which they still may call a neck disabilty. But with that it doesn't cause neck issues just nerve damage and VBI damage not sure if there's a DBQ for that because the neck DBQ does not include anything testing relating to our clivus since it's at the base of our skull. I am hoping when I get a new Neurologist in Dec I can get testing done to see if I have any residual damage to that area which could cause my already Service connected dizziness and lightheadedness, id rather get the point to have them combine with the skull fracture (under appeal ).
  13. I was asked to make sure the BVA knows what they are looking for to help them out write a letter saying what it is why you believe this clivus is being missdiagnosed as a neck condition and since my hospital records over 900 pages from my TBI, I went through last night at like 2 in the morning and marked ever page that mentioned my basilar skull fx which was about 27 pages in all not counting the actual MRI and or Cat scan they used. He said mail it to the BVA requesting it not go back to the Regional office and to waive the re-evaluate for another SSOC. And let them do the rest....he also mention my claims decision to seperate my PTSD and my TBI failed because if they seperated them I'd only be 70 for each or something like that and I would lose my SMC S so they kept it together so in the TBI dx it also listed it causes mental disorders to blanket all mental cognitive disorders .been out 7 years now and I'm still getting blankets parties
  14. I'm told I won't be disappointed with the ourcome but a little birdy told me they were lumped again because if seperated I'd lose my IU and or SMC S but he said just wait and read it. I'm curious to know the details of what and how it all got lumped together and me being P and T for those issues. 6 months of waiting for this lump glad it nowhere located on my body and I'm hoping it will be good evidence along with everything I've already for SSA in my hearing in December
  15. 11/2016 skull fracture claimed as neck disabilty they have since apparently they don't know the clivus the bottom of your skull is connected to your neck bone like the song and they gave me an examination of my spine and not my skull base he withdrew himself since it got all he thinks he'll make with me
  16. I have my appeal moving with a hardship I'm tired of fighting this 7 year uphill battle it's only for two issues winning would give me 100% back from 2010 and. It 2016 am I petty? I know have all the evidence for my basilar skull fracture Which somehow my attorney changed it to a neck disabilty and now I know the clivus is the base of your skull very hard to find this fracture unless you are using really good diagnosis Cat scans with contrast which they were able to do. Before they found out I was allergic to NKA IV die. Of course the SSOC said my neck issues aren't related maybe their right but there is no C&P for a fractured clivus over then showing dizziness and lightheadness and much more issues that have been already SC seperatly such as hearing loss I went throw literraly 900 pages of the hospital record ICU notes and have found 23 pages were they dx me with a skull fracture of my clivus which is rare I know. As long as I get this to my Neurologist to look into and possible find what caused some of my issues I can't complain just wanted to vent they said they reviewed my records and found no neck disability because the clivus is technically part of the skull base which was in my orginal claim before my attorney changed it. Am I to late I actually have case management calling me tomorrow so I may update and ask him what I can do.... this was a long sleepless night sorry folks issues never cease to amaze me
  17. I have nothing but results with the hotline as far as my appeal and claim go, that are now pending notification approval for my claim and my appeals moving as well.

    From S to R2?

Also I noticed your rated for your damaged cranial nerve. My clivus was fractured and possibly damaged my VBI and nerve 7. I am allergic to IV contrast die so it makes dx of this in my brain so hard I think for the doctors who guess prescribe drugs and wait to see what happens bad or good

    From S to R2?

Sorry buck I just read this again must have took me a second look to understand the VA trying to keep their money. This was my guess as well the 70% and 70% which makes IU moot but doesn't meet a higher SMC then I think the S which I was receiving when IU. I think the fact they made my TBI/PTSD has me worried about losing my P ad T rating but everyone Ive talked to says they wont touch it unless its improved not gotten worse. But no talks about what if they separate the diagnosis and make them both equally disabling. Also I meant to put R1 not R2. Whats even more confusing is that this claim was filed for neither of the increases but one single claim of adjustment disorder which I thought would be lumped in with the TBI it the exam would have gotten it 50 by itself. But since the TBI is 70% it would have been listed as a symptom along with the Neurocognitive Disorder dx which I would have hoped with the Post traumatic headaches pushed the 100% mark but I will know in less then 5 days
  20. But some don't have a problem filling out an RFC FOR SSA..but a dx on myhealthnet for those doctors treating you can be used as evidence for an FDC claim which I've done to get a claim started for Service connection. They don't have to fill out a Dbq but with a dx For the C&P doctor to work with it helps the exam go smoother. Now I was then scheduled for 3 C&Ps with my VA doctors dx and now next week I will find out the results after 4 months . This one will be very interesting and will keep you updated from the results for my separation of my claims I've been posting about for months most likely driving everyone crazy...
  21. Yes I hear you apparently it's now administration case processing but I feel like I'm screwed since my attorney withdrew from my appeal he felt it's not worth the hassle for him. So now I'm unsure of where the send their questions if they have it
  22. Honestly I not sure why it's taking this long even without a hardship on my NOD I was approved for P and T at the Philadelphia RO in 4 weeks when issuing me a SOC they changed their decision to a grant. So I would contact whoever you had file the NOD and read what he wrote on the NOD and know what evidence they have to prove your case it's sad that the burdens on you to show how P and T you are. I'm not sure if you ever used the IRIS sending message thing before but you might get more info from that? What are you claiming is P and T?
