  1. They. Did not i promise you I spoke with them today 2 more days if you call call Between 945 to 1030 if not try 2 to 330. If after 17 no one picks up they hang up automatically just keep calling you'll get someone. Call tomorrow morning
  2. call them right now before 330 they help you fix it its the office of case management the number is only operational for 3 more days, please inform us your results ive tried telling vets and I guess the word got out they've been working to hard for us so they wont let us call them anymore but I will hopefully get an email before they shut down the phone...
  3. Just a thought have you checked your appeal status on vets.gov it may have more details then you see on ebenefits
  4. If your P and T since 2003 your at 100%? Does he get caregiver benefits ?
  5. I just found out I may be eligible for free Life insurance for my family and I am unsure whats the better plan I've never even thought about it until now . As a. P and T Vet does anyone have any recommendations over one over the other unsure of what they are for?!
  6. depends on what you mean at the same time if your board is certified already at the BVA? Just filed a initial FDC? I currently have an appeal in remand and another claim that I was at three C&Ps for now I'm awaiting until this week to see if it's starts moving again after this Labor Day also depends on your RO and if you ever looked at the Monday morning workload report...lots of what ifs
  7. Its hard to stay positive through this wait for SSDI and I thought the VA was a battle. But SSA denied initial claim and my appeal for reconsider now I'm awaiting my hearing in December it was expedited ahead of the 18-24 month wait as I'm permanent and total 100% IU and actually in the next month I am hoping for an increase from 90 to 100 making my IU moot as they say. So I'm not to sure what more evidence they need I thought for sure I was fine with my initial claim its just the fact I'm so young when I suffered my severe TBI which still renders me useless I just wish they agreed with the VA for once I cant believe I said that...
  8. Definitely file for headaches as well the fact they are so severe I hope the RO would have already done this but sadly they may not have and if you see that criteria is an automatic 50% for the migraines sorry I didn't notice there was a second page to this post but I'm going to leave this pic up on here
  9. Has there been an update in your Av8 letter of disabilities? When your on your current level of disabilty page and shows the percentage does it show anything pending on the bottom...
  10. The report lists other factors causing the incident like your throttle cable ? The weather wasn't ideal what was it like? Were these factors listed on the report as possible causes? What's the warning label say on the side of the bottle? The combination of all the other factors could have been the cause of your accident and not willful misconduct which may or may not have even been a factor until you ask exactly what the report says. I'm speaking from first hand experience this is not a quick claim if they say it was willful misconduct then it's your burden to show why it wasn't or at least it was my burden to bare at the BVA. Where is your claim at at this moment sorry if I missed or skipped over that section? Honestly sounds it was your bikes fault 50 % or greater in their terminology but that has to come from an expert not by a disabled vet giving some help... Is this kinda of the bike you crashed? Do you need a bike license for this? A simple google search could help the ball rolling
  11. I was thinking the same thing what does the warning label on the side of the bottle say that it could or would definitely impair your judgement or risk of operating heavy machinery. As for the police report if they thought that was the cause then they would have to give you BAC to see the level of impairment...
  12. Just another question as far as not VA appeals but SSA is there a place to read recent decisions like the BVA does?
  13. Hey and post your findings so that others who are in the same boat see that they need to call this number before it's shut down...
  14. I've been kicked out the FDC when the first doctor diagnosed me with the claimed issue but seperated from my TBI. So they put in requests for two more increase exams I didn't. There is no way there were trying to reduce me right after they made me Permanent and Total... It's been very confusing to me to say st the least especially since I am currently 90% IU PT (100%),
  15. Nice added the first topic or advice really
  16. (202) 530-9470 call ASAP on Tuesday between 945-330 if you don't get through after 17 minutes it hangs up keep calling until you get someone they are closing this line down in ten days they can answer what they seek and get who has to talk to you even maybe relay the answers you'll be set
  17. Great resource for uploading evidence into your claim much like Ebenefits but it gives you the status of your upload files and usually after 3 days scanned into your claim as with my experience. Also I opened up my claim on here submitted a written signed letter requesting my exams FOIA called the office of case management and said they can see it Already that very day. Also the status of your claim is more accurate and breaks down what evidence was requested and the date its very orginized for us Vets and I highly recommend itNow we have an ebenefits section can we get a Vets.gov section on hadit ?
  18. I have been told that the intake center for me is Janesville WI and if I want to request my VES C&P to do a written FOIA request for them and my Regional Office will FAC it and they will be mailed to me...
  19. Obviously you were not driving wreckless and you'd know if they thought you were intoxicated by any means. Did they do a sobriety check walk a line hop on one foot or whatever? If not then they most likely didn't put DWI as the cause...just a guess not sure what you said caused the accident tired from the night before slow reaction time now I'm just guessing....
  20. Sorry i submitted into my SSA appeal for December this question is for my open claim I have with the VA I was told they have recieved my 3 C&P exam results and should be moving along. I don't want to submit this in as an edition to the exams if it not needed I guess not knowing what's in the VES is kinda making me paranoid and anxious. On the other hand if they see the VA is already treating me and diagnosis still to this day is severe it could help with the C&P to show test results that were completed after my C&-P? But typing that just popped that idea in my head maybe I should submit the consult test since the review said I didn't have any tests to add other then the neuropsych in April.... This was a Ross Assessment for cognitive function and the results were severe.
