  1. Tell him you get through it hangs up automatic after 17 minutes call again until someone picks up someone will pick up. This is an office of 3 employees and It sucks they have helped out countless vets please tell him to keep trying before 9/11 when its disconnected.
  2. This is the only group of individuals I trusted when answering the phone their because it never changed for years always the same three as far as I know and they have helped the Vets I lead to them in need of aid and no of course 9-11-2017 is their last call day. Ill be hoping to get an email soon in the next week.
  3. This whole SSA is almost as confusing as the VA is I just proved I was P and T with them now I just had to sit through two denials a reconsider and the first claim before I filed for a hearing on July 26, 2017. Its just like the VA with this wait I was told 18-20 months with a wait. Who knows my attorneys seems not the brightest I got my claim expedited by having an inquiry made by an inquiry made on my VA rating of P and T. Not sure what that does I check last week and it was in some sort of pre hearing phase before the hearing but I'm sure if their like the VA delay hope something happens wait some more nothings happening wait some more of remand back to the BVA. Has anyone had their claim expedited on their rating of P and T while waiting?
  4. Don't overstress yourself get some sleep although I never do or did I guess try count sheep rocks whatever it's you want.... zzzzzz

  6. My guess it would depend on the Rom of motion you have in your foot still or the amount of pain from the motion. But I'm no foot expert but I'd guess 10% for the pain...
  7. This VA game has literally driven me mad and I hate thinking about the countless time of my life I wasted already with my disability claim. But it if I'm not doing it No will... continue on with my story after my appeal. It still continued after my 5 wait for SC for my TBI because they they denied my skull fracture saying it never happen they had a doctor who disagreed with several other doctors who had already diagnosed me when I was in a coma in 2006 and the DVT in both my legs. I only filed for the left leg since that was the one that was a reoccurring after the fact Injury of pains in my leg and was prescribed lovenox and painkillers for the leg pains. Last month now it's still being being evaluated with MRis and X-rays by my primary doctor. I was just issued my SSOC on Friday so word on Monday it's been 7 years now in July since my intial.
  8. Hey Buck I'm not sure where you saw that I have. 10 percent for a issue related to a right broken hip and right broke foot and the other is for a DVT in my aleft leg I got when confined to the bed for months and those legs air pumps failed to keep my blood circulated I guess? This was when I was in service so it was all Service related.
  9. I never recieved a rating yet they decided theyd open a can of worms. the exam on May 22 was for Mental Disorder for any other than PTSD but because he was able to seperate the symptoms between my TBI my adjustment disorder and PTSD they called it that any ways on my Permanent and Total disabled rating I was made this year with this claim still pending and another apppeal pending. The VA has just sent me to another PTSD exam and another TBI review is on Wednesday and finally I'm done done done I just say my appeal was completed yesterday on my wife's birthday Birthday that's a good sign. Can't wait to share
  10. Okay i just assumed because I didn't have it before my military service my TBI in service must have caused it guess that's why I have to wait for a C and P and find out? My neurologist just say it could have but not a definite yes or no
  11. i was thinking the same thing and had a three hour talk to my TBI team in Wilmington De today .
  12. If my Regional office has Service connected my sleep apnea and given me a Cpap Machine would I have to go to another C an P exam? Sounds like a waste of resources
  13. I started taking 25 mg 4 a day for 7 day a then she wants me to go 100mg 1tab twice a day. It's only been 4 days now the lightheadedness is going away now so hoping it gets better hoping no more side effects like hair loss or crazy anger I been reading...
  14. I Don't think I should have agreed to this. I really feel like Im starting all over again, cant even keep a thought, without losing a thought a.
  15. system lags you've been made IU permanent and total congrats alittle confused on your award amount look at your past due payments was that correct if not call them to fix the correct amount that may not have been updated yet maybe check at the end of the day don't wait to call it might not have changed yet
  16. there all transformed into robots with no common sense. No really it was started and seems to keep rolling until it gets to the BVA if you call Case management they can tell you how to yank it off the doctor maybe saving year for the next guy in line just search my posts for the number
  17. I don't think so as long as you can tie it to you military service and have medical records to go along with it...Wait for someone else to chime in Im no experience with a hysterectomy but Ive been out for 7 years Ive just filed for a new condition currently pending because their doctor Service connected it
  18. In case you have gotten An exam and they want you or expect you to drive over 50 miles. Usually QTC does this, talk to your Regional office submit a letter requesting it be withdrawn from QTC and Submitted to VES or vice Versa whoever has the doctors in your area. I have did just that three weeks ago and it's been withdrawn from QTC and now VES has it they called to ask me my availablity and tomorrow I will have an appt. Just in case you think you have to go out of your way for every exam regardless of the difficultly it caused now you know just ask whoever has your claim they will work with you for most cases. I know not all claims are treated the same unfortunately....
  19. Here's the thing with that number if it isn't what they tell you and after the first 60 days call for an update they will send whoever has your claim an inquiry to see what the deal.... "Slackers Beware the veterans never sleep until their job is done"
  20. I hope they provided a SOC of they denied you I know in my appeal from 2015 for my Service connected sTBI I pulled their rug out from under I waited 5 years and was forced to file CUE the BVA played dumb telling me my claim was still pending because they never formally denied my orginal sTBI claim or Minus the 3 other denials I received after that that all had denials with a SOC referring to the orginal with no orginal SOC. I'm not highjacking this post I'm just airing in a side of caution of what could happen but then this was all a waste if you have received the SOC.
  21. Curious I called my local congressman whole said they were putting in an inquiry due to being Permanent and Total and to they would see if they could help. This seems fairly quickly moving as fair as SSA is concerned so I'm told, is this due to someone submitting in an inquiry for me?
  22. I was just told mine was just sent to the VA from VES and of course somehow it still takes 3 days to upload I laughed and said to her on side note well now that everything done electrically now when does the VA get another upgrade from dialup and upgrade to wireless....
  23. call this number too 202-530-9470 please post what they say the hold up is and how to fix it
  24. Sometimes it takes a few days for the exam when sent to get processed and uploaded if and when you ask your Regional office they'll tell you when you can get a copy i had to wait one week after the suspense date to get a copy from my VES exam from them.
