I took the decision that the regional office sent me granting the P and T it didn't mention my other disabilities and was denied at the initial and reconsideration now I'm awaiting for my hearing having been told is an average of 20 months. I don't like to it a wait things out my OCD is a pain in the ass so I called my congressman and he I submitting his inquiry into my claim with my Permanent and total rating. Has anyone ever attempted this and will it really knock off a couple months I explained to the congress office that I have a hardship on my current appeal granted by the BVA and sent that to my attorney and to the congressman. I really hoping I will get some help even my primary doctor filled out a RFC for mental disorders due to my TBI and checked off Extremely limited for 2 and 4 was moderately limited and 2 was markedly limited I was sure this would help me for the reconsideration but apparently not...

This is not the WH number call 202-530-9470 call the office of case management and post your findings tomorrow don't wait to call and while your at it post whats the IU based off of what are your currently rated at each condition not just the overall and are you currently employed what was the hardship for that you were denied....

One lumped in rating for 70 my guess because they couldn't differentiate the level of impairment just symtoms

My understanding is that even when the doctors send it back to QTC it goes to their review department for weeks and they often asked questions to the provider and make addendum to the report im in the same wait but with VES. I don't know about you but I'd look at the exam request sheet and call the doctor asks if he sent it back to them and then ask them wheres it at. I don't play around with QTC i am not a fan which is why when they sent a request for another exam I wrote to the VA asking them to send the request to VES? QTC has lied to me on the phone I said send request back to the VA you got no doctors in this state..,

My guesstimate would say 70% as it's not a total work impairment.

I was saying her boss wants to give her a stipend for the cost of the healthcare 202 monthly to help pay we were going to use it for the deductible for champ. But since we were backdated since Nov for champ the marketplace representative said she didn't know if we had to pay back the tax credit that was given to us since champ was backdated now I'm. Stress yet again... what the hell I can't ever just catch a break right now she said she was new but after that i hung up and there is nothing on Google what so ever

Update. I never would want to profit from insurance. But blue cross blue shield Only covered so much of my families medical and whatever else I turned into champva to cover the little leftover. But when I went to add my son on my wife's bcbs they said son was denied chip and Medicaid and our credit for the family is 756 so it came to 155 a month 700 deductible , but she said she didn't know if I could have champva for them and still get tax credits. Either way apparently they are all under champva backdated from 11/11/2016 and their policy would begin in September if I kept the other policy too. My issue is we turned in all the bills from my sons delievery that her insurance didn't cover into ChampVa so if what she said is true will Mr Tax collector call for my credits from November into June when they were technically under Champva care but wasn't official until this month? My wife's boss said he would pay the premiums for her dental and medical since she got her masters degree in their job field. He was going to give her a stipend each month we were thinking keep champva use the stipend towards their deductible... He's ok with that then I'm dropping the marketplace keeping the tax credits.,. But my concern is all the credits I was given will have to be returned since Vachamp was backdated when they were given? Should I be concerned?

You can either two options ask your attorney if you have one or just go to your regional office and they'll print you a copy but call the office to make sure they have it first

Me either also submit a letter into ebenefits saying why you asked them to send it back which is what the regional office told me to do for the same exact thing. Google Veteran Evaluation Services and see if they have a provider closer which is what I did. Write the letter if VES has one closer requesting a new c&p BE SENT back from QTC and to VES and the reason why and also because VES does have providers within 50 mikes which they will Im pretty confident. I just submitted the letter in on the 14th and was told it was approved by the Regional Office and is with the scheduler right now. I no longer have to travel outside my state now just for this appointment yet it may take a couple more weeks to happen. I just asked this question to my Regional Office they said to me since mine was scheduled in another state to write a letter submit it in to ebenefits requesting it be scheduled closer and that traveling over 36 miles to another state when if they outsourced to VES I could be scheduled much closer in Delaware. So yes depends on the circumstances

Yeha I thought so too but I was just made Permanently and total backdated last November this past May. Unfortunately that was after my initial and my appeal reconsideration. Now they have it and my attorneys waiting on the Snail mail for my information to mail in my appeal most likely by Friday but there's still an average wait of 20 months so I'm told

I won't be working anymore unless it's at my families business or if at a sheltered position but no one will take me because of my TBI I might try scratch of tickets doubt my lucks changed tho...

This is my second home so I don't think I can use that benefit again. First home only had 2 bedrooms and now we needed four and we have lived her just over a year before telling us we weren't paying enough into our escrow account and now come July pay an adjustment xtra 200 a month for a year and then continues until the life of our loan. Which I barely afforded when it was the old Payment. I'll try the local county office to see what they can do... I also have 3 claims flagged for hardship which if they all are granted would make me scheduler but until then I'm regular IU at 90% before and do not wish to work anymore as every doctor has said I am a liability more then a worker to all future employers...

I don't want to work and if I did I'd risk other countless lives I was saying I've sold everything I have to make ends meet and still can't afford to continue living as I have with my family of 4. I'm was asking what I could do and I've gotten some advice I repeat I do not want to work on aircraft I'm a flight risk I've been pulled of and put on medical hold of all airlines. But to make ends meet I've sold all my 401ks which wasn't much since I'm fairly young. I've already contacted the governor who I am asking to help with SSA and possibly help with my property taxes the 3 year living is stupid when my sister has lived her a decade and is a teacher. I tried I am returning a call from the governor tomorrow. I talked to county about being P and T their response is I have to be a resident for another two years before having my property taxes waived. Their a veteran fund I have to try which in Delaware is my only shot to have some help with my mortgage. But I have tried what I can to get help using google and I'm drained from trying. I'm calling tomorrow the county. VA rep thanks for advice you all are life savers ....

Yeah it took 3 months for intial denial and then Delaware makes you do a reconsideration appeal which took another 3 months. Now I'm about to file with an attorney but haven't had my appeal for a hearing filed yet because they are waiting on my application I filled out and mailed in the Snail mail 8 days ago then and only then will the 20 month wait clock begin. Talk about frustration I have a diagnosed chronic adjustment disorder by a doctor and SSA says I have no problem adjusting to normal life stressors what a f ing joke that means I have to wait 20 months of enduring hardship after hardship. I wish SSA had a hardship program like the VA does to show they were wrong had they looked into it a little harder instead of denying me..... i understand the college stuff but nothing as far as pre to 12th grade With Delaware public schools are not good in my area they are set up until high school and then it's a wash their schools ranked last in the state and schools no matter how well they did will look the other way unfortunately. At least that what I'm told by family members...
