you guys were right i talked to the guy at cleveland and yeah she opened a claim for me and then sent me some paperwork...haven't recieved it yet but yeah when i go t o the appt tomarrow have an appt with med release for mri and other stuff..will sign up for ebenifits etc and for hoomeless help as well tired of sleeping car with my little dog...hopefully i'll be able to get somewhere i can call my own..thanks again jb and john really appreciate the help the guy told me it normallly takes thirteen months...i am rated at 30 for my back 20 for da shoulder and 10 for the wrist...not good odds according to the guy a t cleveland but with the new mri its has gotten worst.....mmy back....so who knows again thanks fellas i need help and ur too kind to provide...al

She stated she would start my claim for iu..i finallly got the form to told me to submitt..should i still submitt it or will they have already done this what should i do..will wait for ur advice....i have an appt tomarrow at the clinic what should i get....paperwork wise while there...they read me my mri and i have 3 compressed disks and some other medical terms i have no idea about other than it wasn't good and should i have the doc there give me a letter...they want to send me see a nuerologist...misspelled eh..thank u for your time and help...always grateful..al

ok guys as much as we need da help and truly thank u for ur help ...the problem is we don't all ,the lingo...anytime u abrieviate it throw us into hell cause we or i should say..don't know what the hell ur saying....those csrs or fers or c and p's and tdius etc..pls remember we r not all that familiar with it ...thanks guys.thats why i don't do twitter or emails much...or text for that matter....not that tech..my son gets mad cause i won't text.....again thanks all

eatlier i ask a question about applying for unemployability and the was asked why i hadn't apllied for ssi..i don't understand could u give me a hand..and would i need paperwork from da va here to show i'm at the percentage i claim and would that help..thanks guys

I am currently going thru this ..just had mri done last week...results pending...will file for higher rating regardless...all they do for me is give me pain killers and that dont help much...hell i get more for my shoulder than i do my bavk..can't work anymore no one will hire someone who is always hurt and at 59 yrs old no one will take the risk

I am currently at 70% with three injuries and want and was that u can fill out a form which i request sent to me can anyone give me the ups on this....I just had an mri on my back and am awaiting the results again...thanks
