treasury issued it the 7th, but the va is who it goes threw and seeing how it's not showing in their system I wont believe her 48hour theory.. i hope its here before Saturday cause I dont think they'd deposit on a weekend.

oh yeah she said treasury had it resent the feb 7th 2012. so it was origanally sent 1/30/2012 they recieved it 2/2/2012 and treasury reissued it 2/7/2012 so she said it'd be there in 48 hours (but can't see any deposit information) but when I called for other benefit info they had deposit info 5-6 days before it went to my account, does anyone know?

I called the Va I got a really nice lady she called Treasury and they said the funds have been redistributed I should have it in the next 48 hours, but her system doesnt have a deposit date... dont they know of a transaction a few days before?? do u think it'll be longer?

I checked ebenefits today it says returned checks and has the returned check but the tracer could hold it awhile the guy said, doesnt it make since "hey we got the $ back we can stop the trace" nothing to trace if u have the $ back... sigh...

Hey everyone I checked today on my direct deposit that was rejected from my closed account.. saw my money was returned, the va told me they dont know how long till it comes back because the check tracing... anyone know how long an estimate? he told me they dont take longer than 2 weeks and if i dont have it by monday to call again. just curious in need of my $ for finances it was issued Jan 30th 2012, I did the check trace Feb 2nd 2012.

ive done all this... the bank stated, we didnt get ur $ if we did it wont post cause your accounts been overdrawn for 9months, purged it, & then they have the nerve to ask when ill be able to pay them the $ i owe em, i dont care tho, im done fighting, 2 years i give, i havent eaten in almost 49hrs oh well

i called the bank 2 hrs ago, "your account is purged since july 2011, if u need to go to the bank and get a statement showing u have no deposits made, if we recieved a deposit it would have went right back the same day because ur account is purged," I called the va, they stated it shows it deposited. i set up a tracer yesterday, I've got no more food, gonna be homeless, "bye bye, truck" & phone oh well i give up on it all.

Ok I was found competent! yay! I called the VA Benefits number and they told me to contact my bank and see if they accept large deposits. 57,000$ is to be in my account 1/30/12(Monday) So I called my bank and asked, they said yes.. then I asked if they could tell if there's any money to be deposited Monday they said no. Since it's direct deposit does it just go strait from Va Monday Morning to my account and it'll be there? J/w dunno if the VA screwed up my Routing or Checking # (I had to call in and change them months ago to my new account.) any knowlege of this would be greatly appreciated thanks. & if my savings is negative due to a monthly fee (-3) will va benefits deposit to my checking (where I have it set to go) or will they not deposit it cause i know va benefits wont deposit if ur account is over drawn do to an over draft fee (mine is a 5$ fee made me -3$) j.w again any info is great ty.

If I am appointed a Fiduciary and My NOD is denied & letter stating if still found incompetent I wish for my Father to be appointed Fiduciary.. something more or less.. If I wanted a new car and to pay it all up front.. i'm guessing that's outta the question? my pos truck is a pos lol

ok my last question lol... i read on the internet that if a Fiduciary is appointed, or if i send in my NOD. will I recieve my monthly compensation and they with hold the retro pay untill it is all decided? just worried cause im gonna lose everything with no income...

so if i get a Fiduciary letter should I just accept it? will it be faster? my credit is shot anyways so i'm sure they'd deny my NOD

If i'm going to get 100% for a mental disorder (PTSD) it stated that most vets are sent the Fiduciary Leter, and it takes 3 months if u reply w/ a NOD. With that paragraph it says at the end "This will require the assignment of a Fiduciary and will lengthen the process. However the VA will start the monthly pension payments on an approved application once it has been awarded." what's this mean? They will with hold my retro pay and pay me my monthly compensation or will I have to wait? 3 months i'll be homeless, carless and phoneless.... sweet...

nope the only person who said I May have to assign someone; the C&P examinor..

I was told by the C&P exam guy cause then I was on all types, now If they pissed me it'd only be marijuana... but no income... no drugs... and the C&P guy said I may have to have someone manage my $ due to my drug useage and 15k in debt. (credit card advances for drugs) i never got arrested or jailed tho for it...

So some VA official called me this morning around 7 PST. He let me know that my claim was approved and I should have notification or payment within the next 2 weeks. (But I know how the VA works out...sounds good till it's 2 months past the date) but he asked me, "Why did you put direct deposit info in the beginning of your claim it makes you look like you're expecting $" I said, "just for service connected disability.." What I forgot to tell him was my VFW Rep. told me to call the VARO and ASAP put my direct deposit information in just incase I get approved bennefits... So I was told 23 months of back pay @ 100% I was an Infantryman deployed to the Afghan/Pakistan border I can't function or hold a job, I have had no income the last 2 weeks Unemployment denied me cause I quit my part time job due to PTSD issues... I'm just worried I don't really care 4 the cash as much as I do wanting to feel better, but with my PTSD/drug addiction/alcohol addiction, and just poor money managing skills has racked up quite a bit of debt... Will the people who are doing the Large Payment Verification Process will they call me if they have any issues? I don't want it to get denied because of some flaw in my Va background, I told the VA a whole lot more stressors 2 years ago than I did when I had my C&P I just didn't feel like re-living some of the experiences at the C&P exam.. U guys have any idea how long the "25k" thing takes? I saw somewhere 3-6weeks for approval; and will my monthly payments come before my 60k or however much im getting or will they hold my monthly payments untill they approve the retro pay? I was in my va reg. affairs office when a guy walked in with info on my claim that I got approved for 100% and I'm also getting a lot of backpay i'd prefer not to say how much... I was wondering how long it takes to get ur 1st payment (i havent gotten the letter yet, and the day the guy came in was tuesday the 17th about a week ago, my friend said, prob march 1st? just curious.. thx God bless
