I am in the process of submitting a claim for Brian Lessions caused from Chronic Migranes. My Neurologist asked me to write the letter (because he is not familiar with the VA) in the terms that would help me get my claim approved. I was wondering if some could help me write the letter. Hello, I read your post and was wondering what advice you can give me regarding submitting another claim for my disability regarding my foot. I am at 80% and I received the Doctor's operative notes and now I want to file a claim for the 6th surgery that I have had on my foot. My Doctor has asked me to write the letter and he would endorse it. The problem I am having is putting it in terms that the VA would find favorable. Thank you for any help you can provide.
