I guess I'm the first so I'll start off.
#1. Long story short got an ex wife and son in the Philippines. Married here few years ago went back and forth brought wife then to the USA and dual citizen son. More problems with wife and now divorced and in custody issues. Won in the US and had nightmare with the VA in Montana. Now taking fight to the Philippines for all that fun family stuff. Won my requests from the VA regarding apportionment claims my ex filed.
other than that...
Continue knee treatment, work on new claims never filed, Voc Rehab and 9/11 Bill benefits to finish my college, counseling therapy. Same as Montana (Minus the ex wife).
#2. I've heard of issues in the past with this office but a new clinic was built and looks like new staff also. Very professional, organized, friendly. Very clean and safe and secure place. When I went there they've been very attentive and good. I get treated alittle differently being so young and Korean. It's been a good experience.
#3 Call to make an appointment, They won't give emergency medical for any reason or any walk-in care. Unless something happens to you while you're inside their clinic. It is the Philippines and medical care and laws are not the same there. Once you go off VA grounds you no longer are under USC Codes. Even Philippine Law applies at the VA Clinic as well. So be understanding they don't have control over some things.
The Pinoy culture really cares about veterans and what they did. Some just are frustrated with the bureaucracy of the job but have no choice but to follow the VA Protocol.
