tmindc's Achievements

  1. NVLSP has launched a new program to provide free legal representation to veterans applying for an increase in their military disability ratings at the Physical Disability Board of Review (PDBR). Who is eligible for the PDBR? All veterans who were medically separated between 9/11/2001 and 12/31/2009 with a combined disability rating of 0%, 10%, or 20% as a result of a Physical Evaluation Board (PEB). Get more info and see if you qualify for our assistance at http://www.lawyersservingwarriors.com/PDBR.html Please help us tell other veterans who may qualify about this project.
  2. The National Veterans Legal Services Program (NVLSP) has launched a new program to provide free representation to veterans interested in applying for Combat-Related Special Compensation (CRSC). In January 2008, Congress expanded the eligibility for CRSC to veterans who were medically retired for disability (including those who were placed on the TDRL). CRSC can potentially provide hundreds of dollars per month in additional tax-free compensation to veterans with combat-related disabilities. NVLSP has organized and trained a group of attorneys to help veterans who qualify apply for this benefit. To get more info and request assistance with a CRSC application, veterans should visit www.nvlsp.org and click the following link: “Click here for additional information on CRSC.”
