  1. Really ? Guess what buddy I got someone else info, address, full name, phone number, and ssn with banking info..I hope it's yours when I use it to buy my big screen and ruin your credit.. I'll say take a breath to you too
  2. Best advice is to seek treatment NOW at the VA..add to your paper trail..The VA psy will write his statements and it will be part of your claim paperwork..VA likes to see you working with them, seeking treatment, getting help and the like..I would gather anything you may have in terms of medical records and anything eles now
  3. Im getting the same issue..I thought it was due to me getting a rating and updates to my booklet were happening..No impact No idea
  4. Terry you are a great person for helping another...I too will try to help others get what they have earned Semper Fi
  5. So funny isnt it..I had the same thing happen to me at my C&P exam with a 3rd party Dr...She had asked me if I was recieving benifits in which I said no and she said strange I see you as 50% comp..I was like WTF..1 week after exam later I get 50%
  6. HAng in there its about to be all over...I got my descision in less then a week..Its going to be fast! I wish you the very best
  7. Well I can finally say it is greener on this side! Ebenney says I was rated 50% for PTSD, I was hoping for 70% but will see how they rated that one, I also didn’t get a rating for IBS but for now I’m happy the wait is over..TO everyone out there waiting the best advice I got is to seek treatment NOW and be patient. I want to thank everyone here for all their hard work and commitment without you guys and girls I would be lost.
  8. Very happy for you..the wait was well woth it
  9. Hang in there, seek treatment and add to your paper trail and never give up. Hadit is an excellent source for knowledge, I am confident you will win in time.
  10. Ok here's the dirty...Aug 29, 2013 took my first and only C&P exam for PTSD..Claimed GWI for irritable bowel as well (no C&P)...Went from gathering of evidence since 10/03/2011 to Preparation for decision on 9/5/2013 to Pending decision approval this morning 9/6/2013..I hope this all ends soon but I know not to jump the gun..
  11. I completed my C&P exam on 8/29 and have yet to see it on MyHealthVet..It was done through a 3rd party, I'll give it another week then request a copy through FOIA
  12. sounds like no more then 30% but others will chime in
  13. I hear you on this one. My claim is 24 months I hope its about to end soon for the both of us
  14. So just completed my first and only C&P exam yesterday for PTSD and I believe it went well..I will try to upload the exam notes from BlueButton in a few days, weird thing happened before the exam started the examiner ask if I was currently getting compensated in which I stated no, she replied, "weird it shows you at 50% on the computer, oh well lets move on," I was like WTF really. Anyone have any explanations, a rating before a C&P exam? who knows I guess wishful hoping..Ill fill you in soon
  15. I agree with Philip..Looks like max 50 but mostlikely 30-10
  16. Thank you Berta for all your advice on this board, I have read a lot and learned a lot too. I am diagnosed with PTSD by my VA psy and he has prescribed me medication, (zoloft and taminzipan for sleep). My stressor is solid and proven both by unit company commander and media reports along with a navy/marine corp accommodation medal. I just hope the third party mental clinic agrees with my VA psy. I have heard a lot about the MMPI test that these clinics are using and at times do not apply to PTSD in which a lot of vets are being denied due to the outcome. I am thankful for the treatment I am receiving at the VA but at the same time I need the service connection because I’m breaking the bank.
  17. My original claim was filed back in Oct. 2011 and I am just now scheduled for my first PTSD C&P exam with MSLA clinic here in Los Angles, CA. I have been going to one on one therapy with my VA pshy every Friday and I am on medication so my VA bill is constanly growing. I'm just excited and nervous to fianlly have my C&P exam and hope/pray the wait is soon to end. To everyone out there waiting on their claims, keep the faith and get help, your day will come.
  18. Looks very good in your favor..Hold out and still seek treatment at the VA...
