  1. I have tricare, wife is active duty so i have been recieving continued care for all of my issues and I have nexus letters. I am hoping that not having a c p might actually be better. I also have had my doctor fill out 2 1/2 pages of limitations for social security so for the mental health they should be able to rate me off of that. I guess we will see, the only thing i'm worried about is that civilian doc not va doc has diagnosed me with ptsd.
  2. On you're PTSD claim have you been diagnosed with ptsd? I have a claim in for ptsd but have been seeing civilian doctors. I have not been able to get an appointment with the VA.
  3. mine just changed to preperation for decision after 2 years, I am worried no C P exams for any of my 6 claims. I have nexus letters and medical evidence in SMR but i'm worried.
  4. I logged on to ebennies and my claim has changed to preperation to decision after 2 years, i still have not recieved a C P exam for any of my claims and was diagnosed after service. I have nexus letters with medical evidince in my SMR that show the symptons. Should I be worried that I have not recieved C P exams. Thanks for any help.
  5. Ok, claim is two years old this month and I have been out for over 5 years so i'm not qualified for va health care. My wife is in so I have been using tricare and seeeing civilian who have both diagnosed me with ptsd among other things.. My question is will i get a C P exam with this or do i need to hurry up and call up va and get an appointment for va doctor.
  6. I have current diagnosis and medical evidence in my smr and two nexus letters with the magic va words. I am wondering why I have not recieved a C & P, my claim is 2 years old this month.
  7. Checked ebenefits today, they said that my consent for information for medical records from private physician didn't have the right address. I sent this in 2 years ago this month when I submitted my claim. i told them settle the claim without it.. I actually do not think that will help me, I have been currently seeing other civilian doctors for ptsd, anxiety, bi-polar and I never like the doctor that I had at that hospital anyway. So, maybe its a blessing, they have my current doctors info for the last two years.
  8. I had the sleep study done 2 years after I got out, I recieved a nexus from sleep doctor and have several complaints of being tired breathing trouble in service over a 3 year span. I am curious if this is enough for SC
  9. Thanks! I had the sleep study done 2 years after service and recieved a nexus letter from the sleep DR. I am curious if this is enough evidence to get SC for sleep apnea. When I went to medical, complained about broken nose and trouble breathing. The other complaints where trouble at work focusing, feeling tired even after sleeping 12 hours aday. I guess i'll wait and see what they say, still have not recieved a C P exam. I think soon because next month my claim will be 2 years old.
  10. I have filed a claim July 2011 so should be getting close, my question is I have several complaints of fatigue and trouble sleeping in my SMR. I was diagnosed 2 years after seperation and have a nexus letter with the magic va words. Will this be enough, they scheduled me for a sleep test while i was in but missed it because of a schedule change at work and never got it done. I went to medical probably 5 times complaing about it over a 3 year span. I appreciate all the help.
