Does anyone know how long it takes for the pay to hit the bang. After speaking with customer service they stated that my letter was sent out on Monday of this week. Ive heard that usually the money would hit the bank before you receive the letter.

After peeking daily and everyone but me receiving goods, my time has to become joyful. Woke up this morning bout 5 and checked e-benefits. Claim closed, and lord knows I was reluctant about seeing the letter. Took courage and started to cry, 100% P&T with a dated effective date of 12/01/2012 even though I filed in March of 2012. I had a conversation with the CA person at the VA hospital in hospital. He informed that if your brace has fabric covering the metal, it does not qualify. If you have a recurring CA and apply for DUAL, you would have to come in and be seen by a staff member. Mind you this is in houston.

I have been pending since March. ebenifits is stating that the latest is september.

Went to Houston RO today and spoke to my DAV Rep. First thing he said was "I have good news and bad news, what do u want first good or bad?" The good news first, "Your claim is complete, the bad, we cant find your records."

I too notice this, but my age is one year older and I every time I correct the info it resets back. My status is also in the rating decision stage. I did however ask a representative how accurate the e-benefits, and she stated not accurate.
