Does anyone know if Wrist Ankylosis would change while ROM stayed the same?

I am in the same boat and they only went back to the latest C & P. Now I have to fight for earlier effective date.

I've had a NOD that took 18 months then had to file form 9. Then 1 1/2 years at BVA just to get a remand. This is at the Des Moines, IA RO. All this goes back to 2008.
