I posted this on another blog but think it was an old one so I am posting here. I have severe COPD (BULLOS EMPHSEMA). I HAVE A FEV1 OF 32% and have been out of work since feb 2012. My doctor says its very rare for someone of my age(43) to have it from smoking alone. I quit smoking in 2006 and was doing fine until oct of 2011. After finding my dicharge paper work that I kept all the years I discoverd that on my exit exam xray it plainly said I had bullos changes but nobody told me. The doctor that did my c/p exam checked the box that said that It was more than likely that not service connected. he use the rAtional of the xray during the exit exam IN APRIL OF 92. Does it sound like I will get 100% because my doctor says Im totaly disablrd and I have applied for ss disabilty as well?
