Anyone know about the home inspection for ILP, having one, just need info on what to ask or expect, 70% ptsd, 50% sleep apnea, and ssd. Thanks

Ok thanks for the info, but how do you ask for stuff like that, I being reading that i can ask for a home inspection, and that's where u tell that individual what u need.

Any one knows how the ILP works, I'm about to apply and don't know what to do, I read some stuff. For example, people getting computers or electronics. Any tips on what to do, or how to ask for this kind of stuff. I have PtSd and its making me crazier everyday, im stuck in the house all day unless i have army drill, or an appointment, from that i dont go out at all, unless i need too, i avoid people including family, exept wife and kids. dont know what to do, i hate driving to the point that i get desperate and start thinking how to get rid of the car next to me. i like video games but i broke my ps3 months ago, can't keep track of stuff like appointments and things to do, I have to write everything down, can't go in my backyard because is so depressing, don't have money to fix it, being hospitalize twice for trying to sign out from this world. What else can I tell u, can't BBQ because the grill I have has a gas tank that I think is gonna blow up any minute. Any advice on this Independent living program, I'm also waiting for a tbi rating. Thanks any help on this is appreciated. 50% sleep apnea, 70% PTSd. 90% total, with SSD.

My claimed moved after being a year in, from gathering evidence to preparation for decision. Any idea how long does this actually might take? Thanks... It's a pain waiting and knowing u almost there.

Shoot, that's why my claim is taking longer. I requested it twice already, and this benefits counselor told me not to reques it again, or my claim will take longer. I which I would of known this though. Thanks for the responses.

Oh ok thanks for the advice, however how do I do it, do I tell them if they think I'm permanent, do I wait for them to tell me on their own, or ask them to put it on the records.

I have a psychiatrist and a counselor I forgot the proper name for that counselor on the va, but they both keep saying they can't write any kind of note. And my primary doctor, can't eaither. For example, they believe my ptsd is long term but they said they can't write that on paper because they not aloud, I need some kind of backing from them to apply for iu, since they the ones that see me everyday. Any help or opinion?

I got my rating back in December for 70 percent ptsd, but it went back to the gathering evidence with no answer on tbi, should I b worry is being about 1 year and 2 months, since I filed them together. Any advice. Thanks

No one knows where my last c and p's, I called the 1800 number, went to Theron va hospital in El Paso, Texas, and nothing, they keep sending me the wrong c and p's but not the last one I had, they were done by a civilian doctor through QTC, I believe that's the name of that company that schedule the appointments, but they said they sent it to the va. Any help

I want to know more about this I'm 90%, 70 ptsd 50 sleep apnea, and tbi waiting, with ssd, but I never got a letter stating anything about iu. Do I even have a chance to apply for it. How does it work, I'm in the limbo here. I'm about I apply for ilp but no clue if I'm gonna get consider. Any info I would appreciated.

The psychiatric lady keeps telling me she can't do any letters.

How do you ask your va counselor to give u a letter that can help me get iu.

Any idea on how to approach this to voc rehave, I do want to go to school and I don't know if she gonna tell me I can't do it because of the ssd.

Call me dumb but I don't know the difference between ssd and ssi, but I have ssd due to behavioral symptoms, now I called the SS administration and that time the lady said I should be fine doing voc rehab, however in gonna call again sometime this week and confirm that again. Now I'm gonna have an appointment with voc rehab they know I have ssd, and on this Appoinment I will ask for an evaluatin to see if I can get on the ILP program and for IU, the only problem I have is telling them, I feel bad, but my situation changed. But will see the worst thing they can say is NO.

Ok, I have social security benefits, and I'm 90% at the va, now I have voc rehab but I'm taking a brake because I told the lady at voc rehab I don't feel comfortable attending school anymore. Now my time to go back to school is in about 2 months. My questions is if I already have social security benefits, should I ask the VA or voc rehab to reevaluate me to get IU or independent services? And how do I ask, some that lady seems like she wants to get me through school instead of giving me more info, she puts a face that bothers me every time she answers my questions. I haven't ask her about iu because I believe she's gonna try to convince me to go to school instead of iu. Any thoughts or help on how to approach this people.

What happens if they don't want to write them because you ask them already and they don't want to do it?

I do have a rating from the va is at 90, 70 ptsd,50 sleep apnea, and a tbi that's being over a year that's pending. The problem I have is that the army doesn't want to give me an LoD for the IED exposure I had even though the medical documents I have says "terrorist explosion" and it also says mild concusion.

The army is questioning that 3 page medical report, the only time I got seen was in Iraq that's where I got that medical report. I'm still pending a VA rating is being a year already since I put that claim. I already did a tbi c and p, I tried to get copies but can't find where to get then since a civilian did the exam as requested by the Va. Thanks for the info

Ok this situation is giving me more headaches than the ones I have already. K, this is the situation, I was knocked out in Iraq because an IED went off under neath my truck, I was the gunner and I was out for about 20 seconds, the truck completely destroyed, luckily we didn't flip but there was no engine on the truck at the end, now I have a medical document that says I had a mild concussion because of terrorists attack, now the army is saying that 3 page medical report they I got from Iraq (like the one you get when they print it for u in a military clinic when u request it), they say is not enough proof, now what is the regulation for a concusion is it a tbi or not, should I let it go, anyone that I need to talk to on the military side so I can get help to het an lod, also a lod was initiated but never returned to me by the time i left iraq, I'm also heading for a med on approved ptsd Lod and sleep apnea on approve LoD, but they don't want to approve my tbi LoD any help or guidance. K I was awarded ssd, don't know why I got it yet but I got it in my first try, have an appointment with ss today, now I'm 90% va, 70% ptsd, 50 % sleep apnea, tbi pending, would my award from ssd help me get 100% from the VA, if I'm at 90 right now, but check this out, I'm going to a meb right now, with lod approve for sleep apnea and ptsd. Would my ssd help me with the va and army. Thanks.

I have good grades, my Gpa is 3.4 right now, but it is declining, if I drop this classes or fail them the GPa might go down more. This just frustrated, and top it off in one of my classes there's a lady that has a vail, ain't that a B$&&, I fought this people and they almost succeed in taking my team apart, and now I have to sit in classes with them, I know I know, not trying to b racist is just that the ones we fought in Iraq dress the same and reminds me of it.
