Well had my C&P nothing but the same kind of questions, just like my IU exam in Sep of 14, moved to prep for decision but this is the first time that my C&P is not available on e-bennies, do not know why this one is not, every other one was, was done at the behavioral health facility in Syracuse so it was not QTC, do not know if I should request a copy or just wait and see what happens, at this point I really do not care anymore.

I received my IU in Jan of 15, then I get a call about a C&P on June 3rd, check e-bennies and it says, review for entitlement for ch35 benefits, discovered during award promulgation, the mental health doc said I had total and social occupational impairment and that it was permanent during IU exam, but the left my MDD and anxiety at 70%, so any idea what this all means. The Jan 14 effective date is for the cost of living allowance bump we got, keep an eye on your bank account in the next couple days, congrats on the win!!!

I got a attorney before I filed for SSDI, just because I didn't know what I was in for, they told me to do the phone interview, it was pretty painless, I got all worked up and told the guy to be patient with me because I get frustrated and confused easily, he was very polite, asked me some basic questions, took about 1 hour.

Found out today that I got my SSDI, and the miracle is that it only took 34 days, I cannot believe it, now just waiting for IU, going to relax a little now, a lot of doctor appts lately, and new meds, just a big thank you to everyone for the reading material to help me out!!!!

congrats on the win, just had my phone interview today, hope I have similar success...lol

I filed for ssdi and have a phone interview next week, anybody done one of these, my anxiety is already getting the best of me about this, just want to know what to expect, thanks in advance. Jeff

Berta, Not prostate cancer claim, was 10% for my right shoulder and was bumped to 40% after I reinjured it at work, seeing a private ortho doctor for it, but since they think there is likelihood for improvement, have another appt coming up.
