i used mr. ellis twice this year and in both times i was granted service connect. the first time was for flat feet aquired and right knee 60% the second time was for bilateral hips and left KNEE secondary to flatt feet. which gave me 80%. and IM going back to him to help me with IU. 500.00 EACH TIME, WELL WORTH IT SINCE VA DOCTERS WONT LEND A HAND. I WOULD RECOMMAND GOING THROUGH AN IMO EACH TIME FOR A CLAIM. THE STAFF WAS NICE AND PROFESIONAL. DR. ELLIS IS ALSO A VIETNAM VET

Mont36 is your back and knees secondary service connected to your flatfleet. I have just recieved a 50% rating for acquired flat fleet and 10% rating for right knee. Want to file for hip, back, neck and ankles secondary to my flat fleet. i took Berta's advice and used Dr. Ellis clinic, his imo went a long way. thanks

i filed a nod one week before my one year mark. i subbmitted an imo with the nod. one week after i submitted the nod i recieved a letter stating that my nod was premature as they have just made a provisional rating on the contensions i was disagreeing with. thats is why i am asking this quetsion it just seems like an error on the va's part.

can a provisional rating be done after a claim is denied.

submitted claim in 7-2012 was denied 9-25-2013 filed a nod on 9-22-2014 recieved a letter from va on 9-29-2014 stating that the nod was premature that a provisional rating was just decided. could this be a error. since i was denied on 9-25-2013. any input is appriciated as to what to submitt to the va to correct this error if it is an error. thanks

my friends claim was wriiten as headaches secondary to tbi and was granted, but depression was not written as secondary and was denied. was resubmitted as secondary to tbi, also dementia, parkinson, vision and hearing. see how that goes.

i submitted a claim 07-2012 to waco farmed out to NE 6-24-2013. waiting on c&p, but do not know if its for 1151 or for pension/a&a. dont know what happened as soon as i got the biopsey on the 09-01-2011 my pcp called me and stopped the use of nsaids. week later i was diagnosed with mac infection on my lungs. had been feeling sick for a long time, was recommened to see a mental health for major deprresion becuase i coulded deal with ckd problem. i was a healthy man with my own remodling co, know i just sit at home becuase i dont have the energy or will to do anything. the results of the 1151 claim is for a peace of mind. i know my chance are not great, but if they can just tell me why al myl health problem aroused, i am good with that. thanks berta for an ear.

THANK YOU BERTA FOR RESPONSE. MY 1151 CLAIM IS DUE TO NSAIDS. I HAVE CKD STAGE FOUR. STARTED IN 2009, THEY STOPPED THE USE OF NSAIDS IN 2011 @ THAT TIME MY GFR AND CREATINE STABLIZED. I DONT HAVE HYPERTION OR DIABITTIS. I WAS GOING TO THE VA FOR NON SERVICE CONECTED BACK PAIN. HOW CAN THIS PHRASE BE USED IN THIS TYPE OF CLAIM "Omission" of an act.

HAD A RIGHT HAND INJURY IN 1976 (10%), JUST GOT THE C&P RESULTS BACK. HOW CAN I READ THE RESULTS TO KNOW IF ITS FAVERABLE FOR AN INCREASE. THE RESULTS ARE 9 PAGES LONG. I WAS GIVEN 10% IN 1976 WITH MEDICAL DISCHARGE FOR ONE FINGER. NOW MY DOMINANT RIGHT HAND DOES NOT FUCNTION, WELL IT HAS NOT FUNCTION WELL SINCE DISCHARGE.

i am trying to put together a claim for flat feet. i sent for my military records from st loius. i could not find there where i was diagnosed for flat feet at enlistment. i know i was diagnosed becuase i was given special boots for flat feet(supposedly). i know i read it in smr at one time, thats why i sent for my records. where else can i find this information?
