  1. Thanks Carlie That's exactly how I felt Carlie, I am still in shock by the questions. I hope that Mike is correct and the question was to see if I am financially competent.
  2. Yesterday was my first C&P Re-exam since my 100 percent scheduled rating in October 2010. I was amazed at how rough the re-exam was for me mentally. I was scheduled two evaluation by the VA, one for Depression and the other for neck and migraines. My first re-exam C&P was for my Depression rating and below were a couple of strange questions. 1. How much is your compensation from the VA? How much is your compensation from Social Security? Then she asked how much money do I get from both. She made sure to right this info down. 2. Why can you not work with your current disability condition? I am currently rated a total of 100 percent from the VA and also collect Social Security. Any thoughts.
  3. The following is a list of letters available for download. Step 2: Select a letter from the following list. Benefit Verification (AB8) Send this letter to confirm details about the VA benefit that you are currently receiving. Disabled Veteran Civil Service Preference (AB4) Send this letter to establish your Veteran's preference for civil service employment. Application for 10-Point Veteran Preference Send this form if you are applying for Federal jobs and want to apply an additional 10-point examination credit based on your military service or that of a spouse or child. Service Verification (AB7) Send this letter to confirm your Branch of Service, Date Entered on Active Duty, and Date Discharged from Active Duty.
  4. Received a new commissary letter and nothing was on the letter concerning a future date of exam or P&T. The letter simply said I was 100 percent and that's it. My last letter showed a date of future exam this one was blank. I am really confused it is now April and no word on any exam. I checked my VA appointments on ebenefits and nothing shows up for April, May, or June. How can I tell if I am 100% P&T.
  5. I was rated by the VA at 50 percent from 1996-2010 and increased to 100 percent in March 2010. Both my rating paperwork and commissary/bx letter showed I would be re-evaluated March 2013. I called last month and the VA confirmed I was scheduled for re-evaluation in March. My commissary/bx card expire in two weeks and I have not been scheduled for any appointments. I called the VA today and they said a new commissary letter would be done once evaluation was complete, can they do that? I am seen by my VA Doctor at least six times per year. My total combined rating is 340 percent with my three highest rating being 70, 50, 40 and all of my rating are degenerative and static. In addition I have not worked( can not work) for over four years. I was approved for social security three years ago and really need help keeping my cards while the VA does their job. Any suggestions please.
