I was rated by the VA at 50 percent from 1996-2010 and increased to 100 percent in March 2010. Both my rating paperwork and commissary/bx letter showed I would be re-evaluated March 2013. I called last month and the VA confirmed I was scheduled for re-evaluation in March. My commissary/bx card expire in two weeks and I have not been scheduled for any appointments. I called the VA today and they said a new commissary letter would be done once evaluation was complete, can they do that?
I am seen by my VA Doctor at least six times per year. My total combined rating is 340 percent with my three highest rating being 70, 50, 40 and all of my rating are degenerative and static. In addition I have not worked( can not work) for over four years. I was approved for social security three years ago and really need help keeping my cards while the VA does their job.
Any suggestions please.
