Just to be clear send the VA nothing other than a statment that all record of treatment are in the possesion of the VA and I have nothing more to add to the claim? I need to follow this site more often. Though thats a little tough as I am a single parent...lol.

Hello all, I am having a hard time finding out what is going on with my Unemployability claim. I filed it back in June of 2013, and at that time I was told 90 days Needless to say it has been longer than 90 days. I wrote my local congressman and the put it under congressional review for financial hardship seriously I am close to getting utilities shut off every month. I am also trying to move back to Chicago where I have a support structure in place for me and my kids have their natural support structure. (yes there is a whole sob story but I won't go into it) long story short I thought I had submitted a FDC but I found out it wasn't. It seems that the VA is ignoring the Congressman and I need to know what I can do to expidite this claim. Any advice and help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you all in advance.

I'm still not able to log in. If anyone knows of another path if it is truly up that would be great. Plus for the past 3 days I've tried to call the call center (I know dumb, but I am trying to find out whats going on with my claim) I keep gett the recording "Your call is very important...etc,etc,etc."

Thanks for responding guys, and I am sorry for taking so long to get back to this thread. I am a single parent of 2 teenagers and well as we all know mission first. I went for my QTC appointment and the Dr. had me move until I felt pain and I didnt really get anywhere, it was the Dr. that told me after looking at my mri reults that I have 9mm reduction at L5-S1 and I am also degenerating at L3-L4 and L4-L5 ( tho I file a claim for all 3 joints only L4-L5 made it on the claim) like I said I was not able to move per the Dr. If there is any other info you need don't hesitate to ask.

Does anybody know what the typical VA rating is for zero mobility / range of motion in the lower bak?
