It's amazing how fast issues that have been argued for years suddenly get resolved from a simple communication. Golly Gee " Justice Delayed is not Justice Denied" at its best.

E-mails with promise of action from higher offices.  Hmm makes me wonder what BS is heading my way.  Then again maybe my rebuttals will actually be read.  On a good note, off crutches and walker, even if only briefly, good times yippee.

I'll take a win, delayed Christmas gift from the VA.

Well VA C&P exams guys were nice.  I had to cancel the C&P's  due to hip surgery on those days.  Positive thing QTC updated my address and the files.  VA isn't gonna be happy.

DRO for effective date on 1st claim. Not my idea. But will be the last time for me to deal my regional office.  At least BVA can read. ?

DOL is  first on the list, on the 7th, then VA DRO a week later.  DRO was not my choice, that was law pups idea. Although there is a time to involve an attorney, too early is a bad idea.

Inadvertently this process is an eco system that depends on its branches to thrive.

Hand surgery number 11.  I need a new pair of hands.   Not so optimistic this time. 1Blah! Workers Comp is just going to love me.  I wonder if I can time it to be in DC for both.  So far the hearings scheduled probably won't make that happen but it d be nice to kill two agencies with the same knives. Wiping in between of course and semi-figuratively writing of course. 10 days for one and 14 days for the other.  Tick, tick, tick.

Another dammed hand fusion surgery.  At least this time there is no second surgery to remove the hardware.  Dissolvable screws, absorbed by the body in roughly two years. Neat O. That's the bright side. Down side I won't be flying for a while.  Bloody sucks I tell ya.

FERS medical Retirement got approved quickly

Wow, didn't think the fight with DOD would so quick in approving my retirement, but ill take the good news.

Good news, one agency finally got the point, now if only the VA would concede as well.
