John,
I'm in the same situation - but earlier in the process. I'm just now submitting my FERS Disability claim for PTSD under the Bruner Presumption. I agreed through my attorney to medical inability to perform job duties and termination. . The Dept. of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) just didn't want me teaching anymore with PTSD. I agreed! Because I wasn't able to function as a teacher anymore!! . I'monly (initial C & P rated me me low at 30 per cent in 2012. Appeal is coming up and I should do OK with 3 IME's rating me at 70.
We could help each othe, as I know a lot of Doc's that could help you. I haven't been able o work since Oct.27 2014. Just filed SSDI, but i still need to submit more reports. Contact me. We'll get what we deserve
