I have been designated a service connected disability rating of 40%, and need help completing VA Form 21-686c - specifically Question 13 'How much do you contribute monthly to your spouse's support?' Do I enter '100%' as she is disabled with CA lung, airway disease, essential tremor & Parkinsons, and bipolar disorder - so she takes up to 15 meds. Or do I need to enter the average monthly energy bill, grocery bill, her medications etc to get to a $ figure? Many thanks - I appreciate all the help I can get. . adwyer
