I was awared 100% tdiu by the BVA going back to 8/2016 as of 2016. My question is will the continue permanently and there wasnt anything saying is was or not.I was 73 when was granted . thanks again

I just a letter giving me 100% for tdiu and VFW said that I will draw it forever? Your advise paid off about not giving up! Thank again

agent orange and kidney cancer claims

Im vietnam vet and going in for ct scan with contrast and dr said when have a lecison it may be cancer. My question is can you get compensation for kidney cancer caused by agent orange ? Has anyone won this type of claim?

I had exam 3/2/2017 The bd12 score 63, occupational & soc impairment with deficiencies in most arears,such work,family relations, school ,judgement,thinking and or mood. no hobbies/interests,retains some pride in apperance,bathing 3-4 p/wk shaves 2-3 p/wk.osa diagnosis yes. nightmares 2-3 times p/wk involves bodies and casualties,depressed mood,anxiety and panics attacks more than once a week.{ I didnt tell is daily unless it appralozam and paxil} chronic sleep impairment, mild memory loss, circumstantial.circum or stereotyped speech, disturbances of motivation and mood, difficulty in establish and maintaining work and social relationships, sucidal ideation.

I filed for tdiu in 10/2016 and I draw soc sec only. I was suprised that the want C&Ps for both hearing which I had one in 7/2016 and got there best hearing aid and C&P in 8/2016 heaing was raised 30%.I cant figure why they new C&Ps or this a normal. Thanks again!

I received a call from VA saying I need a C&P for ptsd and hearing since the V&RE counselor put it her note why I cant work and I was wondering is the norm. I hsf s C&P for hearing 7/2016 and raised to 30% and C&P for ptsd 8/2015 and raised to 50%. tennitus 10% for a total70 I was wondering is this normal that they want new C&Ps. The VA said i needed since VR&E counselor they were the reasons i could't work or be trained. Any advise would be appreciated. Tne anxiety level is off charts Semper Fi

I went to vfw in person and the VSO didnt say I would get IU for sure but the VSO said the deinial letter write up was very good stating why I can't work. I had her send it while I was there and I review to make sure they received all the pages of the denial letter. I really didnt smoke until I went into book camp got cigs and later on got them out of sea rats. Thanks again Semper FI Hi Master chief.
