I have also got a claim in for ED, however before I was even aware I could file on ED I had filed on Low sperm count which in turn the VA give me a rating of 0% and called it Oligospermia. Once I reiceived my letter staiting that I had a 0% rating to do the fact that i had not mention nothing about ED. Upon getting approved I was looking at the end result being that I would be able to file an SMC rating simply because of loss of organ. However I did some research and alot of problems that I am having is tied to the low sperm count, ed, kidney problems, pain, so I went and had my family dr. fill out a VBA form 21-0960j-2 form. Of course when my family DR. filled the form out and everything was good on the form I turned it over to a DAV guy that is helping me with my case. I have a DAV guy her in KY helping me with all this, so currently I am awaiting an answer on an increase. So we will see. I just recieved the letter asking if I had any more information that I would like to provide if not the VA would make there decsion in less than 30 days.

Im currently at 60% and I am awaiting decsions for increases on most of my issues I have applied for the caregivers program twice and have been denied both times. 1st time my primary care dr. lied an didnt put the answer I gave, 2nd time I recieved a letter from the program stating that they had spoke with my ptsd dr. and due to his recommedation thats why I was denied.
