  1. I had a neurology appt over a week ago and had an a EMG and nerve conduction tests done, why isn't this exam showing in my blue button on myhealthvet yet???
  2. Back in august I filed for temp 100 for Surgery that was on September 20th at the same time I filed for increase due to neuromas that keep forming on top of foot. I was granted 3 months temp in December but denied increase here's the deal .... When I went for my C&P exam my stitches were still in place so hey couldn't tell how my foot was or how the scars were...they did give me 0% for scars but as of today's date I have had two. Ore appt one win podiatry and one with neurology as the neuroma just keep recurring,,,This is my 6th one! C&p couldn't perform any ROM or know how scar would be back I'm October because I still had my stitches in and not done healing.... To this day it is worse than before surgery and my podiatrist doesn't know now to proceed so I was referred to a neurologist where I had a bunch of tests and waiting on MRI in February. Scars are painful and full of scar tissue at this point plus the neuroma is back Was it not wise for the va to take that c&p exam and run with it ? I was 3 weeks out if surgery didn't make sense
  3. Actually it's a reconsideration claim and I wouldn't lose much of anything as the original claim closed in December. I was able to file a reconsideration with new evidence
  4. I didn't put that in hmmmmmm I am at 10 percent. That was temporary from surgery. My healthevet sc under demographics states 100 percent after a month...it's all messed up haha
  5. I called va and they said they put it with my other claim from December but I thought that claim is completed so I'm assuming it's complete with no change. I have new evidence for that previous claim not sure how to proceed with the new evidence I have, do I appeal December claim or reopen with new evidence. My award letter in December gave me temp for surgery added scars at 0% and foot neuromas still 10% the letter also stated a future appointment to determine if it got worse. I had my appt on the 9th with my podiatrist and neurologist and it has gotten worse not better.
  6. Nothing changed on ebenefits. Just odd how it completed and it doesn't say decision sent or anything. Almost like it was deleted. If the new evidence was at the va I'm assuming they would get it?
  7. Thing I'd it doesn't say letter sent or anything under type it doesn't even say compensation. Nothing changed on ebennies
  8. A little about me, I had SC surgery back in September was denied increase due to lack of evidence, but did get temp 100% for 3 months. Granted still out of work so filed a temp extension which is under review....now stupid me I refiled new claims for my scars and neuromas which have recurred since surgery...claim was under review and 2 days later complete. I had new evidence so I didn't file an appeal just a regular claim. The new evidence was supposed to be revisited by va according to my award letter. Is it possible to have a decision in that time frame or is it because I need to file an appeal even though I have new evidence and an appeal would probably be lengthy? I mean a 2.5 day completion seems unreal so I am thinking that I am denied and need an appeal. All new evidence from podiatrist to neurologist is at va so I filed an FDC. Has it completed so early because I needed to appeal the decision rather than reopen?
  9. Hi I am new here and have a question...my claim completed 2 days ago. I filed an increase plus I filed temp 100% due to surgery..Have been out with surgery for 3 months now, My AB8 Letter states 100% combined evaluation and so does benefits explorer. Does the temporary 100% show on AB8 letter or just regular monthly disability. I don't know if this is permanent due to increase or my temp disability. I am waiting for my BBE to come in. It completed quickly. I do know that my C&P doc said they would like to follow up in 6 months to a year to make sure it is better...this was a foot injury with 5 surgeries already to try to make it better Any info about AB8 letter and benefits explorer would be appreciated
