can I submit claim with new evidence while I have an active remand that wont affect my remand that is not related to new claim?

if ro didn't, adjudicate my claim and bva noticed it while reviewing my appeal. sent remand for it to be adjudicated. would that be a cue?

I am sc for residual of inguinal hernia (scar) 10%. 7804. I had recurrent hernia at same site with painful scar (medical report). could I get rated for 2nd one if I am not sc for hernia? thanks

in a va decision was denied however the c&p exam did not include scar exam that was asked for. is this a cue? recently found the c&p note of 2012-then filed 2016 for scar increase currently rated for 2 scars 10%,and 10%. 2012 and 2013 c&p exam states 3 painful scars.. I am rated 40% 4 at 10% receiving 30% compensible,also if granted what would be effective date.? thanks

they did issue soc for the cue (denied) but not for what bva ordered.

no they have not issued soc. no recent c&p, no lawyer at this point,thanks

I am compensated 10% for residuals of botched surgery (ing hernia) 1995. it recurred had surgery (2012) resulting in additional complications,was in hospital 24 days,applied for benefits was denied twice currently at remand at ro for a year. any suggestions? thanks

I had surgery for ing. hernia in 1995.had complications,was awarded (1151) 10% for nerve entrapment residual. however had ongoing problems since then and was diagnose recurrent hernia. had 2nd surgery,surgeon stated that 1st surgery was done incorrect. (documented). at time of 2nd surgery (2012) was sent home with catheter still in me, to return following week for void trial.at that time Ileus and bleeding occured and was sent to ER. was admitted and still had problems. then after unsuccessful attempts to correct condition,was given neostigmine IV and immediately went into myoclonic seizure which resulted in neck,shoulders, forearm and elbow symptoms that had me stay in hospital for 24 days. I filed for increase and was denied, c&p examiner listed my pre existing djd causation. I have again filed with new evidence from my va PC and private board certified neurologist . my question is-isn't all of my current conditions (excluding Pre existing) stemming from original surgery as secondary? thanks
