I just got BBE and was denied increase for anxiety disorder they used Title 38 for denial I'm at 70% I need info on the best way to go now.....

Anyone know how long it takes for VA letters to update after the claim is closed.....

My claim went complete today and I haven't seen no movement in my VA letter on ebenefits and the RO rep said that they mailed me out a letter today am I nervous yes I am if I hear anything I will post it.....

I called 1-800 number to get info on my claim pending decision approval phase and the agent told me that a decision had been and I asked was it a good or bad decision was told that I would have to wait for letter to come in the mail being as though I'm rated 70% for MH it can only go to ways increase or not and knowing that causes a lot of anxiety.....

I'm in Georgia and I didn't file a FDC because I didn't think I could file one for an increase I did file for increase back on July 2013.....

My claim just went to pending decision approval and like most others I'm full of anxiety and nervous because you never know the outcome

My claim moved to pending decision approval today I'm wondering how much longer before I hear anything.....

My RO is Atlanta Georgia I had my C&P on 11 February 2014......

Long time reader first time posting I put in for an increase for anxiety disorder I'm already getting 70% after my C&P examine my claim went from gathering information to pending decision it skipped over review of information I wanted to know if that is a good sign or not in the C&P examine the examiner said that I need to add a physiologist to my treatment team because I got more mental issues than the anxiety disorder I already have a psychiatrist who I see I had to leave my last job in July 2013 because of anxiety attack haven't worked since would like to get any kind of feedback about this....Thank You in Advance
