  1. Had my hearing C&P, results, Alcohol abuse. The Dr a PHD hammered on a DUI I had in 1971. I admitted to 1-2 drinks a nite to sleep sometimes. He wrote that I drank as much as I could every nite. I was given two tests and he said results I was faking symptoms. The tests were facial recognition. He said I was uncooperative. The C&P was at Gainesville Fl with a PhD. Roger Davis. My VA Health records show 1-2 drinks on occasion, or 1 8oz glass of wine. He did not ask me anything about my problems. He made me feel I was a criminal. Since my Honorable D in 1971 from the Marines I never missed a day of work, drank in bars, lost a job or hurt anyone. Has anyone else met with this treatment? I would like to PM with you. During my service one tour in Nam , Awarded a CAR and a good cookie medal always 4.5 and above made E5. Put two kids trough college.. Married 39 years with no problems there. A civilian doc the same. . A VA primary care gave me a diagnosis of PTSD. Have 10% service related, bladder cancer due to Camp Lejeune water. VA is treating it. Had to quit work in 2009 due to stress related issues. PTSD started to act up then. Any one can help me understand and what to do next I would be appreciative.
  2. I have a diagnosis of PTSD. Now will I have to give up my right to have a concealed carry permit? Will my weapons be forfited? Will my tax records be examined, bank accounts ? I hear horror stories of vets being committed to institutions and other things. what the real deal?
