  1. Hi There: My name is Sue. I am a graduate student in Toronto, Canada, and will be producing a documentary on Project SHAD/112. This website is particularly helpful, and I am glad that you all are reaching out to one another. The physical and psychological damage done to U.S. service persons is horrific, and it seems that it is a never-ending policy of the U.S. military to use their own citizens as lab rats so that they can better learn how to destroy the 'enemy.' In a few, or many, years it will be released that chemical and biological weapons were the critical elements in the creation of Gulf War Syndrome. I have a question for service persons affected by Project SHAD/112 operations that does not seem to have been answered (to the best of my current knowledge). And that is, considering the proximity to lands of civilians and naturally occurring bioaccumulation (say in fish), what are the chances in your opinion that civilian populations have also suffered negative health effects due to chemical/biological warfare testing under Project SHAD/112? I will also be seeking U.S. service personnel to interview with regard to Project SHAD/112. Please let me know if you might be willing to come forward. It seems that justice for SHAD/112 victims still needs to be expanded, and that we all need to look out for both soldiers and citizens unwittingly used as medical/biological subjects. Please feel free to contact me with any thoughts or advice you might have. Many Blessings, Sue
