Oh yeah 10% ringing in the ear, 50% ptsd as well

I had 30% TBI but some how back in 2014 they reduced to 0% but gave me secondary headache claim 50%.

Thank you all for your help and concerns of me. I am just scared I be losing money from lower rating and have hard time paying my rents and take care my little daughter. I been told since it’s been over 5 yrs they can’t just reduce my rating with one c&p exam.

I need some help everyone. My ptsd and tbi been rated and service connected about 6 yrs now and I have been ordered to attain RFE routine future exam this coming Friday. I just found out today. I have never been to RFE before. Are they trying to lower my rating? I just had to hire lawyer to get my job back due to work trying to fire me 2x so far for being unfit for duty saying I have been involved way too many fights and broke my hands 2x at work. I have all the legal documents about the fights and been going to VA hospital every other month and take multiple medications as well. Do I have to take those documentation and files with me to c&p exam? is this normal from VA to conduct re-evaluation every 5 years or so?

Hi, currently I am 80% right now and I just came back from C&P exams for ED due to PTSD. The doctor told me he is going to write a note to VA about my condition and he told me he is on my side. I had tons of medication evidence and private treatments notes to back it up and I had to go throught some unpleseant exams during this process in order to prove my ED. I am glad it's over now. I am hoping everything goes well now, the question is will VA automatically up my payment or do I have to file SMC claim regarding ED once the claim is over. Thank you

According to brown envelope, it says effective date is 09/09/2014 for my increase claim.

I filed my claim 02/01/2014 and ended at 08/01/2014... they awarded me from 07/01/2014 with FDC program and got 0% tbi.. Filed for increase at 09/01/2014 and ended at yesterday with 50% now.

My first awarded date was 07/01/2014 and they gave me 0% for tbi. Not sure how they going to pay me... have a feeling they might just give me my regular pay with 50% increase now.... brown envelope says nothing about back pay.

Dear members, Currently, I have 0% on TBI and I filed to increase my TBI 09/04/2014 and just yesterday my TBI was increased to 50%. It took them 4 months and I am very grateful... Is there back pay for this type of increase? Thank you and be safe everyone.

I also requested va to look into my effective date as well. I have filed my claim 02/14 but they gave me 07/14 instead.

Yes, TBI is very confusing.. va will try to combine headache, migraine, and tbi all together. ..

I just took 6 c&p exams in order to increase my tbi rating. It's hit and miss when it comes to c&p exams... you just have to be wait and see until you get your c&p results. Almost all of us have some type of bad experience with c&p examier.

70% ptsd, got out service bqck in 2008.. so far I lost and gain over 40lbs eating disorder yearly. . Sometimes I would eat alot and sometimes I wont eat at all....

Thanks everyone, right now they have me 0% for my tbi.... I just completed 6 c&p exams for it. I am really hoping for 40% on tbi after taken bullet twice and 4x unconscious while I was in iraq. I honestly think I am going to win this sleep apena battle as well.

Yes, I just uploaded buddy statement letter yesterday through my ebenifts Hoping with his letter and me being issued cpap machine by VA is good enough to get service connected.

I told va ever since I got back from iraq, after tbi injury.. my roommate told me i started snoring and chest pain in the morning.

I can't find anywhere bwhere it says I have been dignosed with sleep apena, but I am sure sleep clinic would not have given me cpap machine if they did not think I have sleep apena. My ptsd doctor says, they put notes in my file, but I cant see it.
