My claim finally was completed on Monday after 1 year of waiting. I fractured my right ankle and pelvic ramus while on active duty in 1998. I was rated through VA at 30%. I wasn't aware that I could re-open up my case until I paid a visit to my local DAV about the possibility of doing so. I was 20% Pubic Ramus and 10% Ankle. I have since added Depression, Left Ankle tendonitis, Left Pubic Ramus injury. I was sent an application for TDIU about a month ago. I filled it out and gave a detailed personal statement. The VA received my application and statement for TDIU on April 28th and it went extremely quick. Once my claim went to complete status on Monday, I checked my VA Benefit Verification Letter and noticed I was awarded 70%. Does this mean my TDIU wasn't approved? I am awaiting that brown envelope but am SO anxious. Is my TDIU totally out of the question if it wasn't stated on my E-Benefits letter? Thanks, BattleQueen
