  1. I really don't know i have been having real mental health problems since last year i could not work, focus relationship issues. My VSO helped me file they said they had my medical records from 2000 till now i got out of AD Marines in 1999. I'm not sure if this is good news or bad news that i got denied and that is why they did not do a CP Exams for Physical and Mental Health, I have had a lot of issues been in the Hospitalized twice and been on heavy medications ever since. I mean DBQ never heard of it without it it most likely be 0% SC correct of what i have been reading on here? Can you explain if this has happened to anyone that they were rated SC without a C&P or DBQ.. Thank you for your service. Semper Fi !
  2. hello hadit members i just received a call from the VA a man stating he wanted to make sure that they have all my medical records. He went over with me when my MVA accident back in 99 and they have the medical records. The thing that i do not understand is that he told me they will be making a decision in a few days. I do not understand because i have not had any VA examinations for my Health or Mental Health i had a exam for my eyes and hearing but that is all. Today i called the VA and i spoke to a lady and she told me sometimes they do not need C&P exam for mental health and health to make a decision on my claim. Can you please give me your thoughts or is this a stallemate that the VA does since i have not been scheduled for those 2 CP exams to determing my sevice connection percentage? Thank you.

  5. Hello Vets i made a mistake i think by reopening my claims online on ebenefits as well as thru a VSO i did this within a week i thought when i register thru ebenefits and it showed an old claim that i got denied due to no evidence 8 years ago. How do i delete the claim online since i put my claims thru a VSO thqat did a FDC claim. How do i fix this? The VA may now think i have 2 claims open and might take away FDC claim that my VSO put in for me this is for the RO ST Pete office. Thank you.

  7. My VA Doctor has diagnosed me with PTSD Hello Veterans I need help understanding my health record conditions that i have been dealing after i joined the Corps in 1999 and got out in 2003. I filed for claim after i got out of the Corps but was denied due to no medical evidence. I then got engaged and had a GF and a daughter. I started to have problems at jobs kept getting laid off/fired. I finally got a VSO to help me with my claim and submitted to the St. Petersburg RO back in March of 2014. I believe my Pshych Doc at the Va has diagnosed me with PTSD and Schizophrenia. I was in awful MVA on base as i was checking out of the Corps Active Duty and went to the hospital I put a request to get my SMR from all the bases i went to duty for. . Please let me know if you need more information. Oh My my Naval Hospital records should show when i was in the acccident i believe i got discharge the next day as i dont remember but i have flashbacks. I cannot find any buddies online or anything like i mentioned the PMO does not have the accident report. I'm waiting on all my SMR records from the VA and USMC HQ i hope they can be found this happened on the base when a GSA contractor truck hit me on the driver side i even had a photo of my car being smashed when i was checking out i told the navy doctor checking me out that i had just gotten into an accident and he told me to report to the local VA in your hometown and seek treatment which i did went to Physical Theraphy got MRI but i lost all my records when i got out. I have been diagnosed with PTSD and Schizoprenia due to it and other things that happen while in the Corps i really did not seek treatment in service for the other stuff but it has affected my health. Thank you for your replies. Can i apply for SSDI due to this since i'm unemployable?
