The VA has more than enough money to pay people there retro benefits. The problem is the retro earns no interest and capital doesnt grow without interest

Hmm odd my field examiner came to our house and had a few things to discuss a few papers to sign and then in the mail we got a letter stating that she could be my fiduciary due to my 100% rating and incompetence.

How many people have had their wife or husband appointed their fiduciary? My wife is my fiducary and has been since the 8th of April. The backpay that we are expecting has yet to been recieved. The back pay is around 61,500. so it's a pretty large amount guess I am waiting on Obama's signature?

The bill is for the 5th day out of service I ended up being rushed to the hospital and sent to a mental facility for 3 weeks. The mental facility and the hospital are both billing me for services.

Opened a 3k credit card secured through wells fargo about a month ago my credit has gone up 60 points just by doing so. I have used about 400 dollars worth of the credit card last month payed back the 400. Now this month alone I have used about 200 so far... and plan on using about 400 more. I have about 3k in the bank other than this card that is going to be used to pay off debt that I collected over the years as soon as my back pay hits. I was told to place 10k in a CD and then borrow from it as though it was a personal loan? If that is what I should do I am probably going to borrow from the CD in order to buy a car, truck, bike.. not sure which yet. I am standing right now at a credit of 630.

Still have yet to get my backpay and ebenefits states that the claim has been past the due date as of the 19th of last month. I love how long it takes to sign a piece of paperwork.

I voite they change it to thomasc suggestion. I been in claim recieved twice now and never once on two claims I made did I go through the various steps unless it was within like an hour and I didn't notice it.

My biggest debt is a medical bill that I have prior to being awarded va compensation. Is it possible to pay like a minimum on that bill or do I have pay in full?

I hope the 1800 number is wrong. Told me that they can take up to a year before the claim is closed. I have a back pay of around 61k coming to me. I am not retired military but I am 100% service connected. I have a question also bout what I should do when I get my back pay. Do you think it would be more beneficial to me if I opened a secured credit card of 10k? I have a very poor credit score at the moment for the time I left service till the day I got va was about 2 years.

My claim is scheduled to close tomorrow for my backpay. Does anyone know if it does close how long till the backpay hits the bank? Also does information only get updated on our claims whenever the site is down?

When the site goes down does that mean that the people updating information is pushing the claims that are complete into complete?
