  5. This is why Hadit has always suggested sending copies in as evidence. You must keep the originals always and forever.
  6. Went to my civilian chemo dogtor today. i asked him if my problem could be related to certain chemical exposures. he started in on how much tax payers are paying for VA servicess. i told him that isn't he happy about his money is safe in a bank and protected by military people. I found out that it would be first most important to get a diagnosis and then worry about connecting to current conditions when that VA wording could be brought up.
  7. I had a BVA telecoference. The judge was waiting for lunch and I saw him standing there with his elbow on the top of my c-file resting. The c-file was at least 3" tall. I could hardly believe that there was that much evidence although I am sure some was duplicate. Your benefits are there for you, take what is yours.
  8. I had carpel tunnel about 12 year ago. All went well. As you get older and more use to it things kind of change a litttle. Needs change
  9. I had a stroke while using my cpap and this hass made me reluctent about using it again. I had stroke #6 this last weekend and things don't seem to be looking up. Chemo has caused gout/ Gout is like having hot sand in you knees and joints.....it is no fun.
