Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the “Blue Water Navy Vietnam Veterans Act of 2015”. SEC. 2. Clarification of presumptions of exposure for veterans who served in vicinity of Republic of Vietnam. (a) Compensation.—Subsections (a)(1) and (f) of section 1116 of title 38, United States Code, are amended by inserting “(including the territorial seas of such Republic)” after “served in the Republic of Vietnam” each place it appears. (b) Health care.—Section 1710(e)(4) of such title is amended by inserting “(including the territorial seas of such Republic)” after “served on active duty in the Republic of Vietnam”. © Effective date.—The amendments made by subsections (a) and (b) shall take effect as of September 25, 1985.
  2. AS the bird flys rule has been brought up here on hadit recently. Doesn't matter how old the meeting is. i hope this can also apply to travel expenses.

  7. I had a BVA telecoference. The judge was waiting for lunch and I saw him standing there with his elbow on the top of my c-file resting. The c-file was at least 3" tall. I could hardly believe that there was that much evidence although I am sure some was duplicate. Your benefits are there for you, take what is yours.
  8. I had carpel tunnel about 12 year ago. All went well. As you get older and more use to it things kind of change a litttle. Needs change
  9. I had a stroke while using my cpap and this hass made me reluctent about using it again. I had stroke #6 this last weekend and things don't seem to be looking up. Chemo has caused gout/ Gout is like having hot sand in you knees and joints.....it is no fun.
  10. yes, it is pain two ask someonre their federal ID number etc., but this can be done ok.
