Quick question if anyone can answer. I filed a dependency claim online in ebenefits on 6/19/14 /14 after having my disability approved and closed on 6/17/14. After not receiving any movement and receiving the standard "unable to provide a completion date" message I refiled online again which created another claim which this time instantly show a tentative completion date of 12/14. I just received notice that my depedent claim was closed on 8/24/14 with letter on the way. I pulled my benefit letter and it does show the increase in pay. My question is does anyone know when I will receive back pay. Just asking because I know this automated system is new and I have not heard any success stories about retro pay.
